One kitchen is best 😅 , Out door kitchen after a while feels burden as no one ys ready to travel these distance to dining table to there. Disagree on single floor houses ( due to wastage of spaces of land ) as after some years the land has more value than construction filled plot ,alfo we can sell the land and take out more benefits in later years .( Also flood prone areas ,make it more difference as loss of house belongings are high ) and area to clean in single floor are very large and redoing all electrical remapping is difficult.
