I had my first Tchibo for a few years ago. It had become very noisy and quit working. I like the coffee so I ordered a 2nd one. It dribbles out coffee and I learned about a couple of buttons to hold to make it go faster but that works for 2 cups. Now I got detailed cleaning instructions. This thing is a lot of work. I am not sure I would buy it again.
Don't need the music. After about 10 minutes, my machine is making a constant vibrating sound and I don't know if it's normal or not. If I could hear the process, I would know something is wrong or not.
This absolutely is not working for descaling my Tchibo - all other lights blink but if I press the espresso or any one of blinking lights no scaling process occurs.

False information this is the most complicated machine to care for

alright, this thing is now stuck in descaling mode. It's not coming out of it at all. How do we get out of it?
