this is by far Yoko Shimomura's GREATEST Masterpiece. Applause for you Ms. Shimomura. also. If nintendo gets some Capcom to put Street Fighter Characters in the next Smash Bros.s game... They should have Yoko Shimomura herself arrange the tracks or at least have the original SFII version of most of the songs available.
The amount of hours I spent trying to do the standing heavy punch into heavy kick flash as a teen (with L & R buttons), is probably why I am in IT as an adult.
those songs have some heroic style you barely find music in beat em ups nowadays.....i think only tekken 3 had some atmospheric sounds that didnt sound that heroic but gave the stages what it needed

I have some busted earphones so can hear different instruments louder, and It's the first time I noticed the HEAVY DAMAGE theme from the arcade is buried in this theme in the background. It's normally hidden in the music.

This f*cking version of the theme is so ridiculously good. It solves a lot of the problems of the CPS1 version and sounds so much better without being overloaded with effects ❤
@Number1StarSB The genesis version is more like the arcade because they have a similar sound chip. But the Snes version has better lead and synth sounds.
