19:25 The Spiritfarer truly CHANGED something in me…the art, the music, the gameplay. The concept of the boat of spirits, that you have to pilot and accompany the spirits until they’re ready to leave into “the unknown” is just SO beautiful and unique. While it’s not entirely “farming simulator”less (you do have to grow some ingredients and fish some fish for food for the spirits) it is more character driven. Each spirit has a separate personality, you have to find them, make them join you on the boat, find out what food they like. You’ll have to run errands for them that progress the story and…you eventually have to let them go. So while the farming aspect is THERE it’s a small portion of the game and you really don’t have to TRY to get enough resources. It doesn’t become a grind at any point, just a beautiful bittersweet story with amazing art and music. And I CRIED like a beluga whale each time the spirits passed.

Webfishing does give off animal crossing vibes, and can come off as a "kid" game, but it really isn't made for kids, like at all. Sure, it can be played by kids, but this 100% is a call back to the old chatroom game genre, like club penguin, or tf2 trade servers. Tons of crude humor in the items, gambling scratch cards (that use in game money, not irl money), unfiltered text chat; it seems to be aimed at moreso late teen to young adult age. Absolutely avoid letting a child play this game, though I 100% recommend it to the young adults who may be intrigued to play. A great hang out vibe place. Keep the kids to roblox please

U can make anything from a small gas station to an entire city if ur invested enough, and I find the game really easy to get into. Another great simple game is Sticky business, a sticker maker game that is also really easy to get into, and both of these games r also very affordable. If u ever make a part 3, u should talk about these amazing games!

There's no chat so you have to communicate with other players via signs and emotes. It's one of the most peaceful games I've ever played, and the interactions with other players is so much more enjoyable! You can unlock quite a few different animals and skins for each one of them so there's a lot of content. They still update it from time to time, both DLC and free updates.

Genuinely, if you want a cozy game with a moving story and you don't shy away from some, not many, little stressful moments, give Death Stranding a try! Truly a great game and one of the coziest games for when you want one that potentionally makes you cry
Merchant of the Skies on switch is my go-to cozy game! you're literally just a trader in a flying ship, uncovering a map as you travel around and doing missions/creating a trade route etc. You can play the flute to a lonely giant carrot!
Does cozy have to mean easy? I love challenges and puzzles, but I also love the "cozy" aesthetic. Dorfromantik is one of my favorite games of all time because it has such a challenging probability puzzle in its core mechanic, yet it also has great vibes and a gorgeous art style.
Thaaansk for this. I find really hard and stressful having to micromanage a farm on top of managing character interactions. I can do either or the other, but not both, so having games more focused on one of those aspects helps a lot. Like for real I find something like Factorio more cozy than Stardew Vallley or even Animal Crossing. Also Outer wilds is a fantastic game that everyone should play, and I'm waiting to get some damage brain so I can play it again like it was the first time.
With the warnings you gave for Webfishing to femme-presenting people (which should honestly extend to LGBTQ+ folks as a whole if you feel the need to give one, the community of Webfishing is very queer and also has a lot of furries, who in my experience tend to be pretty damn inclusive), I feel I should mention that if your primary worry is people in the game being crap to others, the best solution is to host your own lobby and kick/ban anyone who starts being an asshole. As someone who's been playing A LOT of Webfishing lately, though, the bigger concern would be Grincher forcing their way into your lobby and using hacked items to ruin your save. Super infrequent because it's just one person going around messing with lobbies, but is the biggest current security concern present in the game right now.

While it does have farming, I'd definitely include Disney Dreamlight Valley into such a list. The farming is very minimal and not really as required as other cosy games. I also detest farming nowadays but DDV's doesn't bother me one bit. I just found your channel and jumped to this video as it popped up when I finished the previous one, so I'll make some more suggestions in case there's a part 3: - Diaries of a Spaceport Janitor, which I absolutely love. - Cloud Gardens - Hidden Folks - Isle of Pan - Dystopika - And by extension, Townscaper - Pupperazzi - Sable - A Short Hike - Toem - Wobbledogs - Calico - Meadow (from Might and Delight, developers of the Shelter series) - And FEZ, cuz if anything, Animal Well made me realise that people need to remember FEZ. I could keep going, but I feel like that's more than enough 😆Some of these definitely need some exposure, such as Meadow, Isle of Pan, and Calico.

On that note, I have also a cozy game that isn't farming to recommend (at length on my channel): Caravan SandWitch! It's an open-world driving and platforming sci-fi exploration game without any combat!

I think I mentioned The Sapling in my response to your last video ont his topic, so instead I'll mention a game I found incredibly relaxing for the duration I played it for but you're already probably familiar with since it's an older game that's very well regarded - Mini Metro.
I'm not sure if it's classed as a farming Game but Terra Nil is also a pretty good game, It's a game where you transform the land with a nice amount of difficulty to it and it also has a demo.

I'm a PC girlie myself so I get them on steam tho sometimes they are available on the big three consoles. Most of the big cozy games tend to be available on switch but you kinda just have to look them up to find out
Creative mode in Dorfromantik is dangerous, I keep going and going and my file is so large my computer is struggling to keep up. Its easy to get lost in making elaborate waterways and railways.
