Women who are pregnant or wish to be pregnant to take great care with megadosing with vitamin C. Vitamin C with bioflavonoids is protective BUT vitamin C without any bioflavonoids can accidentally terminate an early pregnancy! Without bioflavonoids it makes capillaries brittle and that's what feeds a burgeoning pregnancy, vitamin C with bioflavonoids strengthens capillaries. Research on this was done in the 70s when vitamin injections were all the craze!

Kratom should be on the list. As someone who was on suboxone for 5+ years I thought I’d never be able to get off of everything. Couldn’t take more then a few hours of the withdrawal before giving in. I started using kratom to replace the suboxone but planned to do a quick taper of it. Started with the recommended dosage of the kratom and tapered 1/4 of the dose every week until I made the jump. I suffered nearly zero withdrawal symptoms at all. A little bit of sweating and upset stomach but very mild. Life changer. Period.

One more thing i know i was on methadone and suboxone for five years was the worst.please dont go to them the best thing is exercise thats it promise it works whem u start feeling a little better just exercise Workout.
Tappering down is the easiest way to detox. Start at your regular doese and go down 5mg a week until u get to zero....no acute withdrawal symptoms. If u can deal with the discomfort, u can taper 5mg every 3 days...this will have withdrawal symptoms, but they will be mild. Cbd will help with the insomnia .good luck to everyone. 5htp, L Tyrosine, dlpa, Gaba, and a multi vitamin will help with the post acute withdrawals
True but depends on type of drug tapered. Standard method is 10% per wk, 2 wks or month if needed. Slower wins. Even after you stop in the first 90 days you’re high risk for relapse. There needs to be a lifestyle change esp of anyone or thing around you who isn’t a positive influence and support for staying clean. If this isn’t done most end up back using. ✌️
@jmc8076 I wasn't going for a completely comfortable withdrawal. Just manageable. My doctor recommended the method u said to taper from my script but I didn't wanna wait that long. I skipped the last part of the taper and went from 15mg to zero...that may not be for everyone but I wanted it behind me, bad. I didn't feel like myself for atleast 2 months..BUT...the first 2 months was a Rollercoaster of good and bad days...good hours and bad hours. I didn't crave the drug anymore. It's hell if misused. It has saved my life as a chronic pain sufferer. It works better on pain than opiates. It's also being given a very bad rep, as it is nonpatentable, and it works. You just have to remember that less is more, and breaks are mandatory. It should never be used recreationally.
What kind of withdrawals do you think taking 600-700mg (12 pills) of tramadol in a 24hr period for 2 weeks straight would merit me? Are you on something or just miserable. I'm miserable right now because I tried quitting and I just couldn't do it. The suicidal thoughts are what's haunting me.
One more thing i know i was on methadone and suboxone for five years was the worst.please dont go to them the best thing is exercise thats it promise it works whem u start feeling a little better just exercise
Workout.
Havr you heard of ANR? Im sold on them, id really love
To try that
Could you tell me more
What is a high does of vitamin C?
Tappering down is the easiest way to detox. Start at your regular doese and go down 5mg a week until u get to zero....no acute withdrawal symptoms. If u can deal with the discomfort, u can taper 5mg every 3 days...this will have withdrawal symptoms, but they will be mild. Cbd will help with the insomnia
.good luck to everyone.
Just felt out of it for a while. The supplements I mentioned helped alot.
did benz pill first 3 days off my withdrawal. helped me through the wurst part
don't recommend to take anything else afar 3 days. just moving around as much as possible😅. I am still clean
You should buy a bunch of bud , like 2 weeks worth. And toke up, cuz nomatter how much pain you are in, the boredom makes time dragggg.
time has always felt the slowest during withdrawl. its hell
Weed don't help withdrawl.. u don't even feel weed during withdrawl
for me weed made me hyper focus on my withdrawal symptoms especially anxiety, where weed really shines though is when your at the tail end of PAWS
@@pigeonsil240sx do you mean POWS? because the same thing happened to me. i took my subs too early one time and got thrown into it. everytime i smoked weed it just intensified already miserable symptoms
@@jeanclaude1916Tell me about it! Time flies on Opiates, time draggggs without...
Why don’t you tell people how bad this nightmare is on withdrawal
What about Imodium ad ?what does that fall under?
Doing Ketamine and NAD+ today. Trying to get off oxys again, lets see how it goes.
i also have gabapentin, hydroxyzine, vitamic C, DLPA, magnesium, and more supplements.
I'm hoping i can kick it, the withdrawls suck. Was also using Kratom but Kratom is hell on earth also.
How are things going?
It's hell if misused. It has saved my life as a chronic pain sufferer. It works better on pain than opiates. It's also being given a very bad rep, as it is nonpatentable, and it works. You just have to remember that less is more, and breaks are mandatory. It should never be used recreationally.
I don't get it. Kratom always helped me stop oxys in the past
@@Tloc111, Kratom also works better than opiates with way less problems than opiates. It's natures pain relief, if you use reds.
What about amino acids?
Low dose mushrooms? We keep hearing about this but it is a touchy topic for some reason. Heh
What kind of withdrawals do you think taking 600-700mg (12 pills) of tramadol in a 24hr period for 2 weeks straight would merit me? Im currently going on week 3 of being opioid free now. but i feel as though im still experiencing crippling symptoms like Insomnia, anxiety, depression as well as suicidal thoughts.. Was prescribed it to help with pain management following hand surgery. Obviously i didn't follow dosage guidelines. Any help or knowledge would be greatly appreciated.
Edit: Clarity
Hello I also take tramadol 300mg per day .how did you stop ?
I stopped cold turkey with the help of my pregnant wife and my mom who moved in for a few weeks to help cause all i wanted to do was kill myself. I cant tell you how i got out of it cause nothing helped. But you just have to hang on and not give up. Im doing well now but am on anti-depressants and antipsychotics to keep me stable. I wish you good health.
What was your age ? Sir I’m am very depresse and nobody know what I take I was never been addictive to any drug .
@@skywork786 im 29 years old, you said you take 300 mg per day which is high, but the "limit" is around 400mg per day. I was taking almost double that. You need to tell your family or friends what you are going through. It's an incredibly hard thing and you need support from whoever you can get it from. Don't be afraid of asking for help. Because everything else you're facing is much worse if you do it alone and in silence.
Find something you love doing and give it 110%. Do absolutely anything that makes you happy and takes your mind off of how you feel. And always remember, you are going through a tough time but it won't last forever. Be strong, be brave, and remember that everyone loves you and suicide is never an option. You will come out of this i promise. One day you will look back at this time and realise it was just a bad moment.
Thank you so much dear.
At least for me going on Methadone to get off Oxy was leaving a witch to move in with the Devil
Black seed.... mic drop!!!
What’s that
Yes what are you saying. I need help
@@JDS040black see oil
@@JDS040black seed oil but it on Amazon
How many kratom pills do you start off with and how shud u wean yourself off? I only want to take it for a week or two just to get off of opiods
Healing Together channel speaks of kratom for chronic pain. Joey Talks is another channel and he just came off it. From my experience, I've used it for seven years to manage pain. Stay small. Really a half teaspoon, measured, is plenty. However, I also keep hearing that Black Seed oil is a miracle. Make sure to get high quality BSO. Use the kratom for the first week, then switch to DLPA, and Black Seed oil.
What strain off kratom is best to help with opiod addiction?? Can't get it here in the UK but has found cpany online hats sells them in capsules, please advise. 🙏
@@shari..7945, I used reds to come off of opiates and to manage pain.
Diphenhydramine is benadryl, and hydroxyzine its allergy meds
It’s also used in ZQuil (sleep aid).
Pretty stupid, if you ask me.
It potentially very addictive and cause lots of problems.
Dr Forest Tenant a world's renowned physician disagrees with CDC AMA FDA and the anti Opioid organizations . He traveled the world and went to Vietnam. He leaves a legacy of his medical videos about chronic pain and opoids. See his many videos know why I'm his many pain videos that Opioids aren't addictive for severe chronic pain.
well iv been of bupe for 2 years now after 10 years on the poison and the only thing that numbed the pain was gabapentin and vallium for 7 days the rest you can take on the chin nothing else helped me but this and i tried everything
Clonidine also..that's all o got in jail..but my mind also helped bc I knew I couldn't do anything about it..years ago I also took mushrooms when detoxing off methadone and it helped those few hours
Wtf all these drugs and can’t even mention good ol’ cannabis? Way safer than anything mentioned here. Helps withdrawals tremendously. Rick Simpson oil my go to
All he say its nice BUT non of that work on methadone whitdraws non...the worst whitdraws and the longest ,i get out of methadone 16 months ago and still feel like shit.
Well done. That's worrying though I'm coming off it now
That's really good lasting that long. I lasted 4 months and put myself back on it. Worst mistake I made and t's been 25yrs now. You'll start feeling better soon.
Honestly methadone and Suboxone are worst then pain pills.
Lucymera AKA lofexidine has been unavailable in the UK since 2018
Yes you're right I'm coming off methadone now it's hell
@@becky2235 yeah they should have kept it available. It's hard enough without them boycotting meds that actually help.
Wishing you all the best, stay strong. I'm trying to taper off subbys at the moment . Just below 1mg. Which I'd have managed, years ago. Seems the older i get and the longer I've been on subs the harder it is.
@@becky2235 seriously, best of luck to you.
I’ve never heard so much crap go try ask a doctor for help I think you are getting paid when you stop opioids you are on your own
Your not being truly truthful about kratom or the effects of clonidone, diphenhydromine, or hydroxizine.
what is the issue with these?
Ibogaine abuse potential that's straight bull shit. I've done it's several times if you guys have question hollar at me .
What happened when you did it. I’ve looked into it but it’s expensive. I emailed a place in Mexico I think and the guy was rude as fuck. Saying if I have money to pick up daily then I can save it up do I can go
@@albertgiles5128 yes, be very very careful where you choose to go. Do extensive research and check reviews. There are a lot of sh***y places out there.
There’s a couple cheaper options in the US.
Where did u get it what’s the full process
Mushrooms
Iboga has zero abuse potential and eliminates the worst of the withdrawals. It’s best when combined with massive amounts of liposomal NAD+ for the terrible fatigue. Liposomal vitamin C helps too. You need drink TONS AND TONS of water when you spread out your ibogaine dose. Don’t flood dose it. Just make sure you have no fentanyl in your system (any other opiate is ok) when you start ibogaine and spread out the doses
❤❤❤
U forgot the bridge divice....

My bad sorry. I wish i could afford the bridge device i been on methadone for 16yrs now and the last 2yrs i been weening myself down. I am at 50mgs now. It isn't lasting 24hrs now tho. This is going to be the hardest thing i ever done.

What kind of opiods I’ve beat opiod addiction
@@Simmyfsohow did you? Congrats tho! I'm coming off methadone
Buprenorphine shouldn't even be on this list
same with benzos. and i call bs on vitamin c....so a massive dose of ascorbic acid stimulates opioid receptors? what nonsense...however people will swear it has helped them...and id say....people once swore smoking banana peels got them high, its called placebo effect. hydroxyzine shouldnt be there either, it triggers restless legs bigtime when in withdrawal. whats methadone doing on this list, why not list vicodin and codeine also, they all take away withdrawals too. whole list = garbage because of these issues,
I thought buprenorphine was the king of detox.
@@limayaden8458it’s amazing if you only take it for a few days after stopping pain killers or heroin then you’ll be able to avoid the full blown withdrawal and you won’t build a dependency on the subs
