One thing I like about the Simplex is the separation and recovery. The Legend looks like it improved both by a bit. Better tones then the Simplex too. Got to love hunting in a trashy spot. That is a true test on any metal detector.. Thanks For sharing. Peace
I dropped the arm strap because it is such a pain with winter clothing, i.e., hangs up on jacket sleeve. Definitely effects swing performance! Had Jeremy not used my detector I might not have figured out why I am not feeling on target. Not having the strap completely changes your swing.
I have the LG24 coming in the mail, and I just got the Coiltec 10x5 for my Equinox 900 so I'll be doing a bunch of target comparisons. I'm hoping with the updates on the Legend and the LG24 that gold nugget hunting with the Legend is improved.
That would be a super great test Stan. The Coiltek is almost twice the price of the LG24 coil. The Nox is almost twice the price of the Legend. You should make a video of you test and post it to YT.
I've got my LG24 coil coming some time this week and look forward to seeing how it does. I have some very trashy sites that I'm hoping to find some goodies out of.
Hope you enjoy it too, but how much better can it be over the stock coils. Same power going into the ground. Might be a different shape but same targets. They also alter the way detector responds to targets.
@@DigemDeep I think it will separate better in trashy ground and I think I will be able to get closer to playground equipment. I didn’t have the 6 inch coil just the 11 inch
@@bradloy25 And you think that is worth the money you spent on it. You just think it separates better. I shouldn’t say anything because I bought my share of aftermarket coils. The only one I ever found to be worth the money was the 12 inch Hot Head coil ( KellyCo brand) I bought for my Minelab Sovereign. It went down an additional 2 inches and I found tons of Indian and Barbers that I just couldn’t get with my stock 9 inch coil. I wouldn’t have bought it either, but my detecting partner was getting all the older stuff with it when we went out together. Today, they are just not worth the money. If you swing your stock coil correctly, you can get just as close. Just my opinion, I hope you do well with it.
@@PaystreakSuperfreak Hello. I understand you. In your videos you are walking next to a residential building, it looks like modern layers, new lawns, roads, maybe a new ground. There is a lot of modern garbage in these places, but if the place is old or there was a rich house nearby, then it makes sense. so I asked you. Why don't you walk further from the city? Don't you already have such places? Thank you, friend.
That coil done well in the trash! I am going to jump on the Internet and run out to the gold field in Arizona there is a couple of them out there that is getting rich! One in particularly! I believe he will be the richest man in the world this year! lol R O F L I cannot tell his name. It is a secret! A great big secret!

Nice one Jeremy. Ordering mine soon, cannot wait! Great test
Great video. Thanks, your videos, Jeremy. I learned a lot from you.
Glad to help
Needs more videos with this coil
Many many many more LG24 videos to come. The LG24 coil is frikn deadly.
Looks AMAZING 💯💯💯💯💯
Video molto educativi.. Grande superfreak.
La bandiera sul metal ci sta perfetta 👌👍. Un po di patriottismo di questi tempi non guasta! Ciaooo
Been waiting for the lg24 and LG35 to be released for a while now! Definitely be ordering one very soon 😃
Same here!

@@bradloy25 Just to be accurate, the coil I was talking about was a Sun Ray 12 inch coil not the Hot Head from KellyCo. I was mixed up. Sorry.
Jeremy how is the 9x6 weight wise while swinging?
The width is the same as the LG15. Did you find the slightly longer length make much of a difference?
It does go a bit deeper but in high trash the LG13 does separate better.
coil seems amazing. looks like not going to be detecting for long time might have to have surgery on shoulder 😞
I hope you get better soon!!
2 hour field test yesterday on the LG30 👍
how was it? :) so many coil seizes
@@Stefan-wd9uv still getting used to it but think it's gonna be a winner!
@@GoGoDetectorGadget so you prefer LG30 over LG24? :)
I have the sp 24 coil for the simplex will it work on the legend?
Unfortunately no!
Hello o coil sp24. And what impressions on this coil greetings 😉👍
I love it!! Used my friend's for just a few minutes and I smacked a few coins in the trash
Здравствуйте. Что вы пытаетесь там найти? Это старое место?
Jewelry, relics, and coins are what I find. I am not looking for certain items....you never know what is under the ground.

One of these days I would like to try for nuggets but where in Oregon can you do that ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Maybe I should go look for Slim's gold!
arm cuff?
My buddy does not use an arm strap on his detector.
@@PaystreakSuperfreak ok what is an arm strap? Does it help with the larger coils?
