  • I've known for a long time that my body struggles to detox well, and high levels of heavy metals are likely playing a large part in my chronic fatigue and other health issues. Infrared sauna can be super helpful for detoxification, but I've never used one regularly enough to really know if it would help me...until now! Super excited to have this sauna in my house and see what happens over the next few months!

Megan, didn't your double jaw surgery treat your chronic fatigue and pains, by treating sleep apnea.
I haven't watched all your videos, i believe my fatigue and pains are bcoz of sleep apnea, abd thats why i wanted to get a double jaw advancement,
Also did you do palate expansion, hows your nasal breathing

I was never actually diagnosed with sleep apnea, so although I had a huge improvement in my airway after surgery (and I believe improvements in sleep as well), that hasn't impacted my fatigue levels. I have had a big reduction in head and neck tension/pain since the surgery.
If you do have sleep apnea, then I think jaw advancement can potentially be a great solution and can definitely have a impact on fatigue...I'm sorry you're dealing with that right now and hope you find a solution that works for you!
As for palate expansion, I did not have that done as part of my surgery. Nasal breathing for me is very easy and natural at this point, even at night (which was not the case prior to surgery), so that's another benefit!
