Living my life with chronic fatigue: having fun & finding joy while managing health and well-being

- This year one of my goals was to make more of an effort to do things I want to do - even when I'm tired and feeling less than great. For a long time, I've put off doing many of the things that bring joy to my life because I didn't think I had enough energy, or I worried that I wouldn't enjoy them because of how tired or uncomfortable I felt...but ultimately, I'll only regeret not doing these things in the long run, so I'm giving it a shot and doing my best to manage energy & symptoms along the way! Onward and upward :)

did your jaw sugery not help the chronic fatigue?
The jaw surgery did not directly impact my fatigue levels, but my sleep has improved since the surgery, and a lot of other factors have improved (less head and neck pain, better bite/function etc.) that I feel will be beneficial to my overall health in the long run!
@@meganschall Thank you so much! I wish it had helped your fatigue. I'm in the same boat. Still contemplating surgery! I don't want to be numb or in pain long term that is my issue
I just wanted to rush through, and say maybe lifting will help with your chronic fatigue.
@roycethomas thanks for the suggestion! I am actually a personal trainer and have been lifting for many years :)
I think it's a great way to support my body (when not overdone obviously), but it is not something that improves my fatigue unfortunately.
@@meganschall work on shoulders and get a flexibility routine going, and try to strengthen your lower back, inner legs and calves!
