LOL good one on the rims. The good news is you should be able to sell those and buy 35s for your 15" wheels. As for the lift I have RE 5.5" coils in the front of my XJ and I fit 35×12.50s just fine with some trimming.
I’m going to try and fit 35s with a new RE 3.5” lift and bump stop like crazy! I have a 2-door so I’m hoping there’s a little more room without the second door to get in the way. I’ll also have adjustable control arms/track bar and probably a drop pitman arm. I think the RE kit comes with a trans drop but am hoping to do a sye and re-gear to 4.88 later when I have more money.
Jeep Cherokees are so awesome, a dying breed that someday soon will be worth their weight in gold, just like Cherokee Ronnie!!! Seriously tho, modern vehicles are poop, 25 computers or more= failure. Planned obsolescence, stock up on parts now folks!!!
Think id go ahead and line the doors up to the body line so it doesnt look like its been wrecked and you put green doors on it. 20s on a xj..... I guess we have different styles def dont like my entire tire hanging out ....
Hes just showing that it can be done at the end of the day he owns the truck and can do whatever he wants to it no one cares that you think it looks like crap with everything going on nowadays you would think people would have figures it out by now
I got them from anthem for my daily but they didn’t last I tried to get them replaced but they blew me off so I’m putting them on the Jeep to trash them and junk them like they need to be! I buy fuels now lol
@@cherokeeronnie i appreciate this. I am building a 98 xj limited and want to put 35s on so I was wondering if I should slap em on or wait. I dont do wheeling. It mainly stays on roads
@@cherokeeronnie I was also wondering this. I have a stock 98 2 Door XJ that I want to put 35s on. Not sure what all is needed. 3.5” lift? 4”? 5”? Brake lines? Adjustable track bar? Anything else I’m missing? Jeep is just used for driving to the store or when it snows.

@@bombdiggitydave3881 the way I look at it is all the new jeeps come with big rims people even put 17-18 inch wrangler take offs on a Cherokee and no one bats a eye lol I try to do things differently I want my ride to stand out and this definitely makes it stand out
I like when people try something different. Keep the great content coming. Thanks
I have the 4.5 RC kit and also have the sag. Is it just the rear springs you dont like or is it the fronts as well?
@@sicks36 after while the front will kinda start to sag to be real I don’t like any rough country kit
Don't replace the break line just get a nice Shiney looking vice grips and pant the vice grip color match to the jeep

😂
So to make 35s fit on a 3.5 in lift, you add another 1 inch or 1.5 inch...
Yes if you have a 3 inch lift with trimming.

I like the videos and can't wait to see what you do to it. Keep the chevy parts off the jeeps. Ha
20's on an XJ? Hell yeah brother......
I like it
It’s something different you don’t see it very often

@@Magic_Mann 🙄🙄
I have 35's on mine and I only have a 4inch lift
Do you have it bump stopped a lot?

I want to get 35s on my 2000 xj. What size lift should I get and will 35s make it seem a lot more gutless ?
If you wanna run 35s without cutting 6 inch lift and you will feel a power loss

Rustys
You should rename your channel to Chevy Ronnie.
Why
I thought you said never to buy Amazon /ebay stuff
That’s why I’m using common sense and buying name brand stuff
