Finally, the video you’ve all been waiting for! This 2001 Fred Stuart-made Fender Custom Shop Doubleneck is genuinely one of the most exciting guitars I’ve played on a really long time. The Jaguar neck sounds and plays exactly how a good Jaguar should, and the Bass VI is divine. Together, it’s an inspiring combo I didn’t know I needed!

the was the two offsets fit together in a larger offset is extremely pleasing to my eye. the best looking double neck i've ever seen for sure

my dream doubleneck: Jazzmster + Bass vi. would look weird but I like the Jazz so much better. Necks would be slightly closer to the same scale. separate outputs for each neck so the vi can go to a bass amp. and if it where possible to have a single wammy bar that could engage either or both necks. but I doubt that will exist.
I'm a simple man: I just want an Olympic white Mustang + Mustang Bass with a tortoise shell pickguard.

While it looks and sounds tres cool, I can't think of an instance or circumstance when and where I'd need a Jag and a Bass VI in one guitar on stage.
I dunno I think it would be pretty convenient if your a musician that plays both bass & guitar on various songs....so therefore you wouldn't need to unplug/ switch up so much....once you dial things in for this baby you can "set it!.... and forget it!!"😊
@@derpdorf7054 That's just it. I rarely play bass in my band, and when I do, it's for an entire song. I sling on my Jazz Bass and have at it. I don't need a Jaguar to be attached to my bass when I play it, or a bass attached to a Jaguar if I played one (I like Jazzmasters).

I always hated the tone of a Bass VI, but I saw Jacob Collier’s bassist play one live.. changed my whole life. They still sound like trash but I respect what they’re good for
