I learned it from a 60 year old master!
Materials
2 glasses of milk (400ml)
1 tablespoon of yeast (10gr)
2 tablespoons of sugar
2 egg whites (on yolk)
1 tea glass of oil (100ml)
1 teaspoon of salt
6 cups flour
To grease the dough 1 tablespoon butter Half a tea glass of oil
