Worst part is in the overwhelming majority of offices, the Martyr has less job security than the lazy one 😂
So true. I used to do all the in work at my office job, and the lazy girl was getting paid more than me bc she worked there longer than me.
Good. I hate the martyr
@@radhiadeedou8286 sure, everyone does but it’s also rough when the guy who does maybe half the work everyone else does walks around like they own the place
That's because while the martyr is going ham, the lazy one is hitting on the boss getting those brownie point hours
@@radhiadeedou8286 What do you mean? Boy I'd love that guy! Less work for me! Knock yourself out
“I’ve been told that before, it’s in my notes”
0:28 😭
😂😂😂😂😂😂
We all know the Jargon Guy uses corporate lingo to hide the fact that he absolutely has no idea what he's talking about.
And doesn't do any actual work.
👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
That's a good statement. We'll look into why this is going on, and get back to you on it. Next question?
I like your synergy man.
Let’s circle back on that
Y’all forgot the one that never wants to be there/always having a bad day, the gossiping one, the sleepy one, the clueless one, and the elderly worker who is working way beyond retirement age. 😂
Yes I need them to do a part 2 with all these loll
im all of these. except the one beyond retirement age, as i just hit my one year
Yeeees, part 2!!
Ooo great ideas!! Also, the one who always plans the parties (we had one at my workplace - was so passionate about ugly sweaters at Christmas, got all kinds of decor at Dollerama, etc.) Also the lazy/absent boss!
PART 2!! 😂
I lost it at, "I helped the janitorial staff and walked home." 😂👏
And Brad: "Aren't you married?" / "Nah, not from 8 to 5!"
🤣🤣
I was reading this comment as he was about to say this.
The 401K joke got me 😂
The work flirt....There's always that creeper that somehow never gets fired.😬😑
“Uncle Brad” … ewwwwww 😅
Yes, definitely brought back memories of 2 creepers from my past workplaces.
Ours just got fired a couple days ago lol
Uh... horrible... , ive experienced the mis treatment.. 😬
“Not from 8-5” made me physically recoil. Disgustingggg
I really liked the shy guy! Brad got that mumble down. 😂
Did that remind you of your career ???
@@pppinto97 No. It actually reminded me of a movie called Office Space. Had a similar character.😄
That was exactly Milton from Office Space 🤣
Everyone likes that person because they actually mind their own business and are actually pleasant to talk to
@@user-lt1jd1ye3v
There is no point in liking someone if you dont know they exist
You're just JUSTIFYING your own behavior.
“Get the legs movin… they had to amputate my legs.”
Understandable
You forgot the people that been at the company for the longest time and still have no clue what they doing.
Oh heck thats me. You never know what to expect when you have to do a round at the nursing home😅
You mean Creed?
@@jodimurphy8440 precisely
Yup. Got a guy that’s been here 6 years and still has no clue how any of the machinery works.
Don't forget the "Know it All" , "Nepotism Hire" and the "I'm Horrible at my job but somehow I don't get fired".
“It’s in my notes” bro that character had me dead 💀
Personally relate to the “quitet one with 7 years of medical school under their belt” and the person who watches the medical shows is deemed the expert. Not bitter or anything
🤣🤣
Injustice. (And, no, I will not claim a fake JD from watching SVU or anything)
‘By the Books’ guy is killing me! Lol. 😅
I love him! Just keeping everyone straight
The only one missing is the overly talkative one who literally keeps everyone from being able to do their work cause they talk too much lol
You know Wendy, don't you?
That's exactly why I love working from home now. My coworker in the next cubicle had to review her whole weekend every Monday morning !
and my desk sits in the prime location for those people! they corner me every. time.
You must know Georgia and Ray
Oof. That’s me at work 😂
I can’t help it. Work is my only source of socialization
Me and my buddy used to have speed walking competitions every time we saw each other! 😂 we were the proud champions of the whole store’s fast-walkers club!
The Martyr! Changes the time every time! 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
You forgot the gossip and the one who constantly complains
please do an entire video just on the jargon. would love to align with the team on this next step so that we can leverage additional satire in the viewer lifecycle. let's circle back next week to check in on these humor development initiatives and continue to drive utilization of the platform, lock in retention, and see how we're pacing towards our OKR of 175k. shout out to you all for embodying our core values: Be A Dream Team, Achieve The Extraordinary, and Engage with Courage
You should help them write the episode! That is a fabulous paragraph of the top tier of office jargon.
This made my day 😆
Spot on post.
Genius
Love!!!!!
The long-winded sharer: The co-worker who walks around to each office and shares the same stories with each person.
The lazy one gets enough done to never get fired. 😂
Sometimes me lol
I am the martyr and hate the lazy one lolll
I am a chronic note-taker and I am unlikable, so I have found my nation.
My "by the books" co-worker remembered EVERYTHING and never missed an opportunity to bring up the past, including dates, and copies of any paperwork -- often to the dismay of management.
Are you sure that wasn't your ex-wife? I say that as a joke, but I am the ex-wife that could remember all the details. Made it harder for him to gaslight me.
@@jeanbean1390 Good for you! No, no ex. Staying single has helped me avoid problems like that ;o) Regards from Indiana!
So annoying.
The work out coworker made me laugh out loud 🤣
"I'm doing 75 Hard" got me legitimately cracking up
Me too. That's my poor husband. Takes a cold shower and still has to run a fan at his desk to try to stay dry
@@bluephone8016 I used to have to wear a compression shirt under my work shirt in the summers after the gym and shower so people wouldn’t m see sweat stains on my shirt after I come back from my lunch break
“Aren’t you married? Not from 8-5!”
I’m dead! 😂
The By The Books, Boring and Martyr types can stay several buildings away from me!
I found Brad super funny in this one 😅 His acting skills are on point! The quiet/sweaty ones cracked me up hah.
I love how hard it is for Jake to be “boring” 😂
Let's covene tomorrow and 10 am, and you can circle back to me with whatever the committee decides.
I love how the lazy guy keeps emphasizing $38K....like that's a good amount of money, haha. My local McDonald's is offering teenagers $19/hr now!
The boomer is sooooo accurate 😂
Shower or Sweat?!🤣🤣🤣🤣
"not from 8 to 5" 🤣
this reminds me of Jim tracking Dwight's personal minutes 😄
and the Boring One = Toby ;)
Water cooler time…
You missed the one that asks a million questions during a meeting, drawing it out for far longer than necessary. 😆
👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 Bravo Brad for all your different voices in this one! 🤣
My best friend was the Super Fast Walker. He was always going Mach 3 past my office. Today is his 39th birthday. Happy Birthday Super Fast Walker Sam!!!
As a nurse, the "Each kleenex saves a life" pitch made me wheeze!!! Lolllllll
Great video. Often jargon guy (or girl) speaks in incomprehensible business-ese though, acronyms, coded words, business-specific idiosyncrasies that you have to be an insider to know
She works in M&A? Is she the HRM?
401k 😂😂. You guys are the best! Your videos are like a special gift.
Right after she left, the inappropriate guy went in the bathroom for 8 1/2 minutes.......😆😆😆😆😆
I’ve followed Trey & Jake for years, but I’m freaken loving Brad! He’s a riot! I love these 3 guys!
Yes!!!!!
@@jennifergersch9126 I’d pay to hang out with them 😂
I needed this today... totally reminds me why I have my own small biz. Lol 😁
That's a cool story bro.
Yep now you get to create your own room of questionable employees that may or may not be productive sometimes
Lol probably not gonna do that! I love working alone! 🙂 Maybe in the very distant future! Haha
Thank goodness I'm retired as I have worked with everyone of these people at some point and time lol....
Which are the worst type? For me it’s personally the ones that try to load their work onto others. The agitate the hell out of me.
The fast walker 1/2 second clip was gold!
There is also the gossiper and the obnoxious typer
I am the newcomer always even when I’ve worked somewhere for awhile… “sorry, was that a dumb question?” 😂😂😂😭😭😭
That will be me 😂😂
Overly enthusiastic: Michael, Erin, Andy
Newbie: Ryan at the beginning, Erin
Kills themself working: Dwight
Flirty: Meredith, Kelly
Boomer: Creed
Lazy: Stanley, Ryan
Timid: Toby
By the book: Dwight
Also…
Boomer: Stanley, Phyllis, Oscar
Flirty: Todd Packer, New Dwight
I eat as fast as I can to be able to take a nap the rest of my lunch break. I am legally allowed to do whatever I want during that time but still feel a bit guilty lmao
Where do u take the nap? In your office ? Must have a comfortable chair
@@Fat_Catt There is a dark room with a sofa, perfect for a nap
" natural, gas, coal and gold" 😂😂😂😂
The one who blows EVERYTHING out of proportion 😂😂
The by the book guy was classic
Hahaha “I bought a house for $40K now worth 1.5 million. Not one of these stupid kids can buy a house” hahahahaha relatable! I’m a home owner but it is much harder than it used to be. A couple months ago my banker said nearly impossible to get if you don’t already have one right now.
Where is this?
@@jennifergersch9126 Texas is where I’m talking about but the exaggerated $40k to 1.5 million was on the video. I know someone who bought a house $250k that is now on the low end $750. Good real estate is always a great investment!
This reminds me of “The Office”😂
Overly enthusiastic and the martyr are exhausting just to watch! Lol y'all did too good on this one lol
"Please stop." "I've been told that before, it's in my notes." rolling!
How did you miss the coworker who thinks they are a manager?
lol! How about the one that turns anything and everything into a workout? lol
Haha! Yes, I used to work with someone who did standing push-ups off the printer table while their stuff printed
The boring one brings back fond memories of Toby from The Office 😆
The workout/shower during lunch one was hilarious to me because I did that once and thought never again. 😳 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I think we all (aside from they themselves) have a collective similar feeling about the "by the book" person.
Love the sweaty workout guy! Anyone in the corporate world can totally relate!😅
Aww I feel for the quiet one.... ❤️.
The by the books guy is way too applicable to my office today.
Used to work with a lady who would keep track of how much time you would talk to your co-workers etc. & if you went over 10 minutes she would come over tapping her watch saying it was time to break it up. We would just laugh at her & started calling her the " time keeper". Thankfully she didn't stay long & went back to wherever she came from.
I love watching these kinds of skits and assiging each of your corworkers. Lol
You forgot the 'credit stealer" who always takes credit for other's work. Generally a guy, taking credit, usually from a woman...
“You guys make more difference than the first responders at 9/11.” 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
"Aren't you married?" "Not between 9-5"
The Martyr type is the worst. We get it, you are better than us!
"We can dip in the office right?" I'm pretty sure u just channeled my dad from heaven #LamarLeachmanRIP💝
You forgot the one that is part of an mlm and is constantly trying to sell to all of their coworkers XD
🤣🤣🤣😂😂 there are so many of those in an office smh🤦🏻♀️🤦♀️🤦🏾♀️
I felt the quiet/shy one
1:50 it's Toby from The Office 😂
This was one of the best ones to be honest.
I'm the walker lololol. It was my only networking. People still "know" me from speed walking after 2.5 years working from home.
This makes me laugh...but also sad that I have to spend most of my time with people like this 😭
"Shut up, Carol" 🤣
"Aren't you married?!"
"Not from 8-5."
LOL!
The jargon guy got his inspiration from the Vice President lol
The over enthusiastic is my boss🤣, the boring one reminds me of Toby from the office 🤣.
Oh my gosh, for the boring one my eyes literally started shutting >_< Spot on, Jake!
I was the Shy one when I started my job. 🤣
“Boring” - I combined these two!
The "by the books guy" was the best!
Need a part 2 for sure
Is that shower or sweat....Nooooo 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
The "by the books" guy is called an ISTJ.
I'm the quiet one, I just do my work and then go home.
Hey I love all your guy's videos and you always make the best videos
Very good. You forgot:
- The parent (usually the mother) that is always talking to, dealing with and talking about their children.
- Female co-workers that obsess over dieting
- The super knowledgeable co-worker that won't inform anybody about anything and then you're like 'you knew about this the entire time?'
- The co-worker that will pass along any task they can to somebody else.
- The co-worker that makes themselves 17 carefully prepared meals a day
- the co-worker that truly believes the squeeky wheel gets the grease.
I am the lazy one, the martyr, and the quiet/shy one depending on the day.
Brad is a star!
"aren't you married?" "not from 8 to 5" lmaooooo
Boring guy came on and I instinctively rubbed my eyes
The inappropriate guy made it 8 1/2 minutes? That's impressive
I'd watch this as a show ngl, it would be better than the office
Love how his 40k house is now worth 1.6 million but “stupidity kids” can’t buy a house 😂
What about "the depressed one?" That's like 50% of all workers.
Also all the "by the book" guys work at the IRS and "the lazy ones" work at the DMV. For this reason we should get rid of both those departments please.
This is somewhat reflective of group projects in college too
I would def work with Jake in a heartbeat, he’s not only handsome, he does all the work! #TeamJake❤️
The know-it-all, that person who if you ask something they don't know, they will guess, and present it as fact.
