HWJR recorded and released this cover to his dad's song in 1964 when he was only fourteen. It was his first charted hit. It reached number 5. From the time of this first release, until 1970, he had several other top tens, including "Cajun Baby" - 1969; a song in which he wrote the music for, but were his dad's lyrics; and "It's All Over But the Crying"-1968 that reached number 3 at age eighteen. He finally broke through after seven years of recording some top five singles with a number one in 1970. "All for the Love of Sunshine". Theme song for the "Kelly's Heroes" movie at age 21. That ties Hank Jr with Johnny Rodriguez and Hunter Hayes as the youngest ever male country artist to chart a number one, but as you can tell from the info above, HWJR was by far the youngest ever successful male country recording artist. His second number one was "Eleven Roses"; 1972, but also, 1972-1974 saw him release many classic singles that nearly reached number one, but not quite, such as "Pride's Not Hard to Swallow" and "Last Love Song"; both reached number 2. It was during this period when his voice sounded it's best of of his career in my opinion. In 1975, he recorded his first "rowdy" album, "Hank Jr and Friends" at Muscle Shoals, AL. He fell 500 feet and landed on his face that same Fall. Many people think that Hank Jr did not go "rowdy" until after the fall, but it was actually earlier that year with that album that was his break out. But it was the fall that ended up reinforcing the rowdy image, because that's what gave him the rowdy look to go with his rock style music, which was also a great product until the late 1980s when he began to get too full of himself. Interestingly, his choice to go his own way in 1975 actually hurt and slowed down his career, as it took many years and a different generation of fans to warm up to his new style. I happen to be one of the few that's gone back and listened and am a fan of both Hank Jrs; but there were times during his career when he did not give his best effort, or chose pure party music to go with the times, and I'm not a fan of that Hank Jr.; but there were plenty of the "good" Hank Jr to make him one of the best of all time.

JOE BIDEN IT'S OVER !!
Well I like to give you a scripture and this scripture I think I can help you guys I don't know but it's a scripture that the Lord Jesus Christ wanted me to tell you guys and this is for the depressed and suicidal and everything there's hope and I like cowboy music and everything and I think he was a great actor and but this is a scripture that tell you guys are probably never even heard of I hope it gives you guys hope that's for God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son that whosoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life so I hope you guys can look at this scripture and I don't accept Christ because it we're in the last days and time is short and we need to accept Jesus Christ as our savior Jesus dogs came if we confess our sins he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness and to take us in as far as where his own child what are you can reject it or you can accept it and that is a Christmas gift given by Jesus Christ a Merry Christmas
