Not sure if you reply to comments, but I have a question that you might be able to answer, I recently opened a huge bin store in California in a very large shopping center with about 12 other major stores including a Target & Walmart (about 5 months ago) and purchased 60 brand new black 2-tier shopping carts that were quite expensive... $185 each + delivery and within our first month we were down to 38 and as of today, we're down to 11 carts... How does your store buy shopping carts and how do you guys manage them? I'm not sure if I should just buy a new fleet and cut my losses or if there's a better way to source carts. My customers are always complaining about the lack of carts, and because of the insanely large size of the shopping center, people tend to take our carts all over the plaza and I'll occasionally find them jammed up with carts in other stores cart returns, just like our cart return is always cluttered with other random store's carts. I know this is a long read and I appreciate if you have any advice on this topic. Thank you
