Thank you so much. I guess JESUS, Blessed Mother Mary, Saints and Angels are helping me. No one told me anything only drink liquids for about 2cdays. I keep drinking fluids and eating soups and walking in my house.....THANK YOU JESUS. Then I decided to educate myself and listened to your professional video. Than you. I am from Guam.
A whole food plant based diet is the best. Fruit (berries are best), veggies (cruciferous, dark green leafy, and allium), whole grains (not bread but grains in their intact form with the groat), legumes (lentils, beans, pulses), nuts and seeds (raw and unsalted). Plenty of water (also green or hibiscus tea), sleep (by 10 o’clock), and exercise (mild following injury/surgery, moderate to vigorous any other time). Take 4,000 to 10,000 IU of vitamin D and 200mg of K2 everyday (no matter how much sunshine you get).
It has been 2 months since a major surgery that removed a kidney with a huge malignant tumor. There is no noticeable spreading of cancer but still have to get tested every few months. I force myself to go out and walk but it's sooo tiring and I get dizzy all the time. My blood pressure is fine. I do not sleep right through every night. Usually I fall asleep but wake up to pee and falling back to sleep is so hard. Now my appetite is reduced. I eat but maybe not enough. I am mildly depressed. I am 70 years old and walked a lot before the operation with my dog. I am fed up of being so sickly. I know I have to be patient and that it's normal to go through this. I could use some advice, on anything to do with post operative care besides regular exercise.

I really need to eat, but as someone who already had some form of an Ed starting it’s even harder to eat without stopping all breathing, which makes it hurt worse. What do I do? - I already take the supplement drinks, and they’re fine. But my stomach hurts bad. I’ve already lost 5% of body fat the two weeks before my surgery.
