I wanted to share 2 points about bodybuidling you have stated as selfish and unhealthy. 1) Bodybuilding is often misunderstood as a selfish pursuit, but it's more about personal growth and discipline. 2) When done naturally, bodybuilding can be a fantastic way to improve health, strength, and overall well-being. It's about building a better version of oneself, inside and out, without resorting to harmful substances like steroids.
Hey thanks for the comment and giving your good opinion 1. For me it’s selfish because I’m competing and i want to win. I still love bodybuilding because it teach me a lot of things like discipline and mental focus. 2. It’s healthy but like i said. Competing is extreme even if you’re natural. Going to 3-5% bodyfat is not good for our body. But yes, if you don’t compete, don’t do PED. It’s the best investment for your body. Thanks again. 👊
pergh .. salute la u bro... cerita kita hampir sama bro tapi saya tak bodybuilding .. saya dari obese ke kurus bro .. memang selalu masuk gym .. kwn2 gym suruh ambik steroid juga tapi saya tak ambik .. but my goal is marathon .. dah 3 kali run Full marathon complete Personal Best 4jam24min, skrg obese balik tetapi untuk new challenge 2.0 for me .. wish u goodluck bro ..
