Im hopeful that new residential developments never affect the people access to the ocean. What a beautiful place to live. Thank You for sharing your fishing trips and outdoor cooking.
Honestly!!!…got to be one of my most favourite of your videos…now definitely obsessed with smoked pies 😂😂😂…thank you and Rubba for sharing your awesome adventures 🙏🥳🥳🥳
Just watching your everyday norm!…Al natural is what we all enjoy…Rubba sitting in her holes!😂..blaming her for buying the pies!😳🤣…and we’re all picking you giving her some pie off record 😳😋😋😋
Awesome slay up bro. Looked like a beauty of a day. Man that crackling in the cook ups near the end looked & sounded perfect 👌. Hope that shoulder healing up quick
Wow what a great couple of days you both had, love the Kai, bet Erin loved her Kai. Rubba is having her fun swimming and chilling in her dig out. Hugs to you 3 xxx
not that keen leaving my car unattended at most of the historic fishing spots these days, Walkers Access used to be prime, behind the airport was another good spot until it got locked off, sadly spoilt by the local idiots with nothing better to do. Nice day you had there, I found best time at Piripai was an early morning high tide (3 - 4am) when the snapper would come from around the rocks to feed on the shellfish in the sand, days gone by I guess. 16:20 Whakaari in the background with the signature look
Hi Paul, thank you for your support for the channel, appreciated it! 🙏🙏 Most of us that fish especially surfcasting probably don't like them as it's hard enough to catch fish and even harder when a trawler comes in close and takes the whole school of snapper or kahawai before you wake up in the morning. Social media lets everyone know when the fish are pumping including trawlers. Thornton, the Motu, around the mussel farm schools getting wiped out.
@@paulbentham2340 They were slaying the kahawai going to the Motu to send to Oz for pet food. That place dried up and you know that the fish got taken. They got the gear to spot and take.
Good catch, those kahawai nice eating those size, the fourth one was fat but you didn't film it. Choice, I haven't heard that word for a while... nowadays these generation say hard, yeah hard bro, lol.
I'm loving these long video's 😁 No oysters in the pie this time that's all good. And glad you dint waist the pie after Rubba put it in the esky ( chili bin but I'm Aussie ) Looks yummy as

@@WekaDigitalMediaNZ Went to another of your favorite fishing spots yesterday in honor of your comment (a clue being the oysters and got 2 fat snapper and a couple of Kahawai so got the Webber smoking away today :) no roes but :(

Matata straights another spot not to park at night to go fishing if you can't see your vehicle.
Do you like bottom trawler fishing vessels?

@@WekaDigitalMediaNZ yeah fair enough it's already hard enough to catch fish and those inshore trawlers being there dont help.
