This always happens. I watch your videos at midnight and my mouth starts watering and i end up going to bed dreaming of your cook ups. Haha your content is amazing. Literally the only channel i watch the whole video through
Mike and Adrian what an awesome day's fishing so love that drone work Snapper are plentiful down here, but we only take what we need. Love YOU Rubba xx , what fun xx.
Fantastic mate. I had some snapper on the table yesterday for Christmas. Cooked on the bbq. Kaffir lime leaves lemon slices and apricot for something different. Salt n pepper. Everybody loved it. Well done mate. Great video 👌
@@WekaDigitalMediaNZ i ate most of it mate. I was thinking about the eye and thinking about you. Was going to film our daughter eating the eye, but she didn't want to hahaha it was so good mate. 🐟👌
Hi I've only like the other day subscribed to yr channel. I knw I'm a coffee drinker.and now I feel like I need to try milk powder. haha .any way love watching nw have an awsome day.
What a great video Mike... lovely to see Adrian and with his drone! Those were some nice fish you caught👌 and the tasty cook up!! Skin and roe yarmmy my favourites 😋😋😋 cheers Mike hope your all well over there💞💞
Yummmmmmy! Awww that battered snapper looked tasty, and that fried skin and roe at the end looks lovely. Farout now i have to go buy some fish n chips for tea lol. Beautiful closeups with that camera. What kind of camera do you use Mike? I'd love to start saving my pingas to invest in a camera like yours.
I don't eat battered fish very often but I really enjoyed it bro, great shop too😀 I have a Canon M50 as my main camera when not in the field and this is the 22mm f1.2 pancake lens, good for close ups and low light. Only films in 1080p, 4k is crap but can upscale to 4k.
Smoke it till you think it's ready as not all cooks are the same. Could be too hot or not hot enough but the longer and slower the temp the better for a long not hot smoked fish.
My partner recently scored me the same drone, be cool if you mention rod types, braid/backbone poundage etc so us newbie’s know what to get for the set up. Love your content my bro keep up the mean mahi hopefully see you out there sometime I’m always fishing Thornton walkers area, wouldn’t mind a Hawai trip Chur bro.
Kia ora Henry, good score on the drone 🙏 The cuz Adrian has mentioned a few times in our past vids his gear. All I know is I have 25lb braid on my reel for drone fishing. 🎣 It's a great drone!
Do you have beach worms in NZ? Where you gather oysters you may find blood worms.Hard work use a pronged hoe 90 degrees to handle grave diggers hoe is the best. You will never know if you dont give it a go..To old now used catch prawns by hand even my toes no one believes me.Your flounder posi might be good for prawns use a drag net night and somewhere to beach the net ie low tide you may also have day prawns taste great do not keep well. When they run to the sea at night a bit eerie at first but when they go hard catch in your hand if no net.Tip wear shoes get in before Xmas Have a good one Adam
Your neighbour is like Wilson...the neighbour on Home Improvement..haha
Beat me to it.
Mr Corby is a legend!

verry nice vid drone fishing looks a good way to get a feed
That drone gets the bait out fast, just takes a long time to wind in 🎣
Nice catch bro awesome🎣👍🏾
Thank you, a lot of reeling in which gives you a longer snapper nod session on the rod. 😃🎣
Hi Mike great idea with the skin, next time maybe some egg dip will help skin to stick to the roe.
Kia ora Glen, what about egg dip then panko crumbed? Comment by Bruce suggested a toothpick
Massive day fishing bro, some decent size snappers Loved that cook up 👌 havnt seen roe done like that before awsome vid again bro 💯
Cheers bro, nice fat fish 🎣 you should get something in the mail today. 🙂
@@WekaDigitalMediaNZ Thanks bro for that looking forward to it

Bro the skin n roe looks mean as, will definitely try that. Was thinking maybe toothpick or similar to hold it together might work ...
Kia ora Bruce, toothpick sounds like a good idea, I think I will try that with the kahawai roe coming soon. But it was tasty cooking it separately 🤔 😄
Another awesome video love watching your stuff mate cool as. How long did you smoke your kahawai for bro??
Smoke it till you think it's ready as not all cooks are the same. Could be too hot or not hot enough but the longer and slower the temp the better for a long not hot smoked fish.

keep it up unkil
Nice 😊 🤠👌🤙🤙🤙💯💯👍💪🎣🤩
Thanks! 😀
@@WekaDigitalMediaNZ 🤠👌👍
Maybe if you smoke the seafood sausage roll first it will crisp up the skin enough to stabilise the roe for seafood rolls
Never mind bro lol I asked the question how long did u smoke the kahawai for before I got to the end of the video lol
mean videos outder
Smoke roe and liver are the best, liver remind me of pate
Liver and onions 👌👌
Fish for the future Used to buy rainbow trout fillets farm raised $ 10 a kilo
Pass on farmed fish thanks, leave that to one's who don't fish.
E hoa you should invest in your own drone, there quite cheap, just need to shop around 👌👌
I just sold my seahorse kontiki last week, sitting in the shed for the past 15 years. 😬
You should sale your homemade seasoning bro. like what Stef the Maori does
Hey Mike, I am heading your way with my fishing drone over the New Year period. Are you up for a fish?
😮
Her gorgeous girl Rubba ❤. Nice mike, yummy ..
Rubba loves going on adventures then she has enough and wants to go home. 🙂
Next time use a toothpick to hold the skin together while frying
How does the drone drop the line?
It has a release button
baked not fried 😂😂😂🎉
A fork is great to scale
True that
Tino reka
Get some red potatos cut and cook in the oven less mess a little bit healthier
