      @@UniDocs_Mahapushpa_CyavanaFor having play Ming in the last uptade and also their Qing couterpart, you can try it the chill way ( the Qing above all cause having a chill game with Ming is not so easy) but you'll only focus on your mandate, there is a big limitation as Qing cause you'll have to sneak throught India to expend your tributary system as a lot less nations are willing to pay you tribute without being crushed before.
      The Ming "chill" style is way more passiv as you've got really good diplo relations therefore with just à few colonists you should have enought range to expend your tributary system and more important you could go to potosi to get a massiv buff with your "law of the single whipe" mission.
      To be honest I think Qing are better if you wanna play chill and focus on your mandate as it's the only big thing to do, it's a bit contradictory with my previous words but the constant threat of exploding is a massive no no for the chill Ming.

      I feel like this can be said for a lot of nations in the latest patch. I've had games where I've seen the Ottomans collapse, same with the Russians and the Austrians. It seems like most nations have been buffed in such a way that they can all be extremely powerful when in the hands of a competent player but when mismanaged they tend to fall apart rather quickly.

    I suggest from day 1 diplo vassalizing 2 of the smaller nations around Ava, especially Mong Kawng. This allows Ming to turn on strong duchies in 1445. Also, use vassals borders to separate large tributaries from each other. This makes these tributaries static, which is nice. Don't want really strong tributaries.

  • @MiniaAr

    If I may, I would recommend going the conquest path for both Korea and Dai Viet, as when you take the necessary provinces, the Vietnamese and Korean cultures sinicize (change to the variant in the chinese culture group). I know that accepting a culture is just 100DIP but you'll spare those points and more importantly can use the accepted cultures slots for other cultures (like the multiple mongolian ones). If you don't have the governing capacity, just taking the necessary provinces (basically current North Korea and Tonkin area of Vietnam) and then making tributaries of rump Dai Viet and Korea is perfectly possible (also Korea is going to develop like crazy)

  • @Skrymaster

    Being under 20 mandate is a requirement for a LOT of very crappy events that Ming can get that make it considerably harder to get back up to 50, all you need is some patience to take reforms at 100 mandate and you avoid that risk, you only get the milder event pool to contend with.

    It transforms one of your provinces into gold, and provides a special modifier to all gold provinces that adds +1.5 goods produced and depletion reduction.
    Sounds great? Well, the modifier also adds 0.1 inflation per month.
    In my case I had 4 provinces. So in just 20 years, I would have reached 100% inflation (there is no cap, as far as I know).
    Totally game ruining. Because before the game ends, you would pay multiple ducats for a single unit.

      It also gave you the opportunity for power (and wealth) and immunity during times of war/turmoil. Family members of eunuchs tended to have significantly more prosperous lives than before a family member became a eunuch.

    Can you remove a religious group from the harmonized religious group so you can convert them later?

    • @iamaim2847
      @iamaim2847 Год назад

      No, and you totally don't need. Harmonized works same as true faith. One faith achievement is not for Ming. Ir at least you will suffer from low harmony.
