You don’t need to switch on HXPro during the playback. It’s essential only for recording.
Great piece of machinery though, got AKAI GX 75 as well!

Surelly it's a great deck but i remeber your video cmparing it to Revox B215 actually i was watching it before i came here and that Revox is a beast :-)
