Can you get pregnant when you have an ostomy bag?

3/27/23 was the best day of our lives! 😍 I still cannot believe this is happening. Expected due date is around Dec 3rd!
I can’t wait to take you on this journey with me and share my symptoms and experience with you along the way!

I really needed to see this. I have 2 beautiful girls but we want 2 more children. Unfortunately my ulcerative colitis and old scarring has caused a fistula in my rectum. I am looking at getting an ileostomy and surgery soon and probably won’t get it reversed until after we are done having kids. I have been so devastated and worried that I 2 more pregnancies wouldn’t be possible. Congratulations on your sweet baby and giving others hope!!
