From my opinion, the most challenging thing in a group presentation is how to get your group members to actually work . In most of the group presentations I had before, I suffered to get my team to do at least something.
Yes, that's the most challenging for many people. Not everyone is motivated the same way. It's good practise for leading a team, so it's also a good challenge for you.
Yeah, I'm the leader so I need to research a lot about it. It is also hard to combine your group to actually work
Same🥺
The perfect answer (same here)
I couldn't agree more because I'm currently in this situation.
Thanks to you, too. Good luck on your presentation. Let me know how it goes! :)
Nice! I mean PERFECT!
hardest thing about group presentation? when u research all the speech and members in the group don't appreciate your work :)
LOL Yea, that would be bad :)
Thanks so much for this video btw,it's so useful. I'm going to use this technique tmr ❤
You're welcome. Thanks for commenting. Let me know how it works out. Good luck!
Puykea Sok yeah
Puykea Sok I know you r from Cambodia xD
Those staring eyes is the hardest part of giving the presentation
Yes, it can be hard when everyone is watching you. Just remember that it's also a great opportunity to show what you can do and who you can be. How often do we get that kind of chance? Run with the opportunity! Good luck and thanks for commenting.
you mean eye contacts? I am very good at that! Not bragging but real. ;)
Hi Julie. Thanks for your kind message. When playing the video, please click the CC button. This will show the captions and you can read along. I have several videos about starting a presentation and content. Please see those. Also try the Presentation Foundation Series videos I have been uploading recently. Good luck.
Thank you so much for your help.
It really feels like watching a real teacher.
And the fact you are still replying touches my heart
You are so welcome!
Thanks for the comment. Yes, it's about the same as a stage actor in a play. Lots of rehearsals, dress rehearsals, and experience will help. Another thing is to prepare your content in a structured way to help you remember it better. The confidence of knowing your material will help reduce your nervousness.
Good luck!
Sir pls would you give me any suggestion about group discussion
Thank you for the message. Glad you liked it!
Thank YOU! Glad you found it helpful.
Thanks! Happy you found it helpful!
Thanks for watching and for your answer. Yep, I'd agree with what you said, especially the part about agreeing on who will present what. I think staying on topic is sometimes a matter of trust, as much as it is communication.
Thanks! Glad to hear that!
This video is quite helpful for my presentation tmr.
+Zsna Yu Great! Good luck!
Thanks! It was a quick and easy way to do something I would have stumbled so horribly on. I have a group speech Tuesday. Wish me luck!
+Shanna Santiago Great to hear it helped! Good luck! Let me know how it goes.
Thank you! Appreciate the message and happy to hear TEFL teachers are finding this helpful :)
Dividing tasks and time between the members of the group is the hardest part in my opinion
Takes some trial and error to find what each person's good at. And you need someone to lead. Works best that way, IMO
Really grt and cool way to say the thing as per you.Thank you.
Used this in my public speaking class today. Thanks, Carl.
Awesome! Thanks for letting me know! Hope the class found it helpful.

i have a group presentation coming up this week and there are about 7 of us in a group(i know that's a lot). what's hard is getting them to do at least sth that can be of help. doing everything that needs to be done by a team of 7 is actually hard and what's worse is that they don't even understand. i just hope everything goes well. thank you for this video. it'll help me cause i am the presenter....

Thanks for sharing. Yes, I know the feeling. Did you choose a team leader? Are you being graded as a group or individually? You could keep a log of your meetings and what's done or not done and by whom. If you all have to speak, then I suggest you make your part awesome and get the best grade. Good luck :)
It is a nice video , easy to understand and I like the way you speak .. Thank you 🌷

i like the tips and strategies ..
Thanks!
I'm not smart but I'm the leader.. this helps me so much
In my interpretation the most challenging part of group presentation is perfect connection between each member's presentation.
im gonna use it
Cool! Good luck! And thanks for watching.
Monday is our group presentation..so here I am..
It's very useful for tomorrow...thank you Sir
Thanks. Hope it went well
Thank you for your Video Sir, I am looking for how to start an agenda of a group presentation
Good luck!
hi carl, great talking with you as well!
is this one done with keynote?
thanks
brian
What i find hard about a group presentation is perhaps just getting it all started and agreeing on who will present on what.
In essence what i really find hard is to stay on topic, at times i have found myself unintentionally covering some of the topic that the next presenter will cover. Fail : )
thank you carl kwan .
+seneha shova Thanks!
THANK YOU
Thank you, too!
Who came from FEA😊

Actually doing the presentation, trying to remember what to say, and not being nervous

You have a wondeful voice!
Thank you!
Great 🙏🏾
The beginning is the hardest part when it comes to giving presentation. Having a full first minute of your presentation committed to memory will help you at the most critical moment.
Yes, you're right. There are nerves and anxiety on top of it all so it's for sure hard to start. That's why practice and experience are so important. Good luck!
Brian! :-)
No, not Keynote. This was my experiment with green screen. Here are examples of Keynote ones (sorry, no links allowed so you'll have search):
1. KWALUS Korea Exchange Bank Promo Presentation
2. Korea Business Central: Seeds of Success Promo Video
3. ATGen Recombinant Proteins & Antibodies Introduction
4. Hucare KMH
helpful 👍
Thanks!
10mins before presentation. Lets go!!
Good luck!
In a group presentation of let's say 20 people, do you think everyone should speak or some representatives should be selected. If everyone speaks wouldn't it be too crowded? What do you advice?
Watching this video the day we're supposed to give a group presentation about group presentations and realizing everything we're presenting has barely anything to do with group presentations that's the hardest part lol
Haha! Hope it went well, nonetheless. Thanks for sharing your story.
lol actually my professor actually canceled! I guess I'll be able to incorporate this after all
Haha! Great timing! Good luck
Thanks have to do it Thursday
NKOxTheBagelMan Good luck! Let me know what happens.
