From where I sit out here in RUclips land - I think extending the driveway/island garden bed would be more proportionate to the expansive space you have available. Almost like a blank canvas waiting to be painted. This year was the first time I leaned into the chili peppers, purple kale, fall black eyed susans and the likes for my Fall planters and was really pleased. The orb with soft twinkling lights will look beautiful in the antique urns. Nice to see you back!
Yes, the driveway island extension is in the thought-process-phase. Along with possibly rebuilding the deteriorating entrance posts, reconfiguring the front walk and possibly a driveway gate at some point. It's one of those things I would like to be one-and-done with all of them!!!
