@@SilverGlint True. It's gonna be less fighting with the controls and more about going with the flow.
@@SilverGlint Thats really going to depend on FCS stats and how they handle them. I have some faith it will turn out alright, but at the same time I could easily see a cheese build existing that makes dodging/evading almost impossible at certain ranges.

This is why I don't get why people were crying about Lock-On.... lol, AC6 combat just looks sooooooo much cooler than it used to be. I honestly am craving it bad. I will miss the old school controls though.
There's credit to really good pvp footage for previous AC games, though this is not it at all loool.
In any case AC6 looks miles ahead of whatever we might have had previously.
Guess some people find it a challenge to pay attention and even bother to look around.
Makes sense though, in the FPS games I play, many people can't simply point and shoot anymore, or just sprint into gunfire.

There was a gundam seed game that was pretty simular to this.
personally if it was me, blade followed by ADHD dashing like i know what I'm doing. Then miss five more blading attempts (obviously on purpose) followed by maybe one more NOT lucky hit.

the one ac6 1v1 fight we got to see looked so much more manageable. this looks rough. i bought daemon x machina to hold me over for the month until 6 arrives and its very fun until you realize every mech is TOO FAST to track no matter how skilled you are. makes actually landing shots not only difficult but unrewarding as you only shave tiny bits of health per interaction. and its just a super annoying dance with almost no player feedback. ac6 pvp looks way more concise in its design. the fights happen much closer and movement speeds arent so break neck that you cant even keep the other player in frame let alone in your reticle. ac 6 is going to be my very first armored core game and i have high hopes its gonna be a staple in my gaming rotation.
I can't wait to get into the multiplayer of 6! Will i suck? Absolutely but it sounds like a lot of fun.
