I hope your week goes well and you get some closure. I have epilepsy and I knew nothing about it before it hit me. The epilepsy nurse was blunt the first time I saw her, telling me about the possibility of SUDEP. I lived alone at the time, and came home from hospital in shock. But I now live with my very supportive partner and I make sure I rest (in bed!) every afternoon and get enough sleep every night. I’ve managed to come off the meds and been seizure free for about 4 years.
The tough times continue for you don't they? Sorry to hear about your car. Glad you got it fixed. I feel so sorry all the problems you are having with your heart. I wish you all the very best for the hospital and the inquest too. And as for the woman in the cafe; ignore her. You have enough to think about without her unnecessary pettiness. Take care Georgina. Oh Georgina you are one strong amazing lady. My dad also has an erratic heartbeat. He went through what you’re going through now and had the same procedure as you’re having on Tuesday. He has regular check ups, but is going great at the moment. I’ll also be thinking of you next Thursday. I know it’ll be a very tough week for you, but we’re all with you. Stay strong, you’re amazing. I’m so sorry about your heart acting up and that you missed the lighting but I hope you can see them soon. Your rest is very important. I’m sending you my love about the inquest next week. I hope you’ll share whatever your comfortable with- with us but just know we’ll be here. I’m thinking of you. And don’t you stop going to your nice art house for your tea and toast!!! Sending you lots of love and strength. I'm sure you will get through til Tuesday but you've got to take it VERY easy. No working til 8pm, no here there and everywhere, no stairs or hills wherever possible. Just feet up and rest. Your health is more important than any committments you've made like the lights. People will fully understand if you have to cancel for the next few days. The last thing you need is the additional stress of a 999 run after everything else you've been through. You deserve a rest xx

Hi Georgina, just wanted to wish you well in your op and on Thursday.
My daughter has a genetic heart problem and her resting heart rate is currently 251. We are waiting for a specialist to see her to arrange her treatment. It really is scary.
In my house we have the reversal...my daughter with her heart and me with epilepsy.

Abput 20 years agao, I had an alternator expire in on the entry point of a traffic circle in New Hampshire and my car rolled backwards into the car behind it during my stuggles, in vain, to restart the car, (and in my panic). Luckily there was no damage to the other car, but the driver about layed an egg. So, I had it towed to the nearest repair shop, that was run by these humorous, awesome guys with thick New England accents and hearts of gold who fixed "my caaaaaah." What an experience that was! It is Thanksgiving here in the U.S., and I have two Cornish hens in the oven. : ) Take care, Georgina. Praying for your health and will be thinking of you with that inquest meeting approaching. I hope it gives you answers and that the local officials are kind and empathetic. You never know, maybe the person reacting to your taking pictures was on the lam (eek) or sometimes people have had somebody be abusive to them online and they have become paranoid as a result. But, there are some people that are just not mentally well and react to stuff strangely. Sorry you had to deal with that!

I had a neighbour who was very obviously photographing me and filming me over the course of a few weeks. I have nothing to hide but it made me furious and I felt violated. I believe you Georgina but I also understand that girl.
Georgina sweetie...um, as much as you don't want to think about your whole stressfull months, yeah your body is feeling it and it's such a cycle. Please rest, trust that your traumas are just that, like an earthquake to your whole being ~ tons of grief and fear showing up, I love the serenity prayer because it is a reality of the balancing of life & there are so many ways..time when we're in the midst of trauma, sharing with one who has distance and hears your words and guides you gently the path of your words to connect to the emotions, loving healing energy, sending and picture all the energy in what ever comes to you & let it flow from the top of your head to the bottom of your feet or vs, whatever is your path ~💚green healing color 🌞all the clouds, the sun doesn't go away. peace & love dear one ~
I know how scary it can be when your heart rate spikes like that. Mine has been 200 on many occasions and completely out of rhythm, and I honestly thought it was going to bounce out my chest. I have just been told by cardiology a couple of months ago that it is just ectopic beats and it's benign. That's alright, but they don't have to live with it on a regular basis. I have tablets to help but because it spikes very quickly and drops very quickly, the tablets can sometimes make it drop to low. Many people told me I need a pacemaker but the hospital say I don't. It's a vicious circle. But I hope you're doing well XX

I also got those palpitations in 2019 ,March- it was horrible ( due to anaemia) my feet and legs swelled up and my heart was going "doef,doef,doef...", even in my ears! My heart would flutter and it would make me feel really unwell.Only way to get my heart rate down was to sit on my bed like a statue and not move for 30 minutes.Anaemia if left untreated ,affects the heart.
Good luck at the hozzy. Hope the inquest goes well and doesn't throw you any curve balls. My S/I/Law died end of July. We're thinking same as your Beautiful Daughter Ellie( she had a fit a minute with a few bad uns in between). The inquest for her is in January! And sod the stupid woman in the cafe. She's in a public place. Wonder how many selfies she's done n captured someone else? 😁 Take it easy and hope your heart behaves! X
That's a lot to unpack for you. I know how you feel about not going back to places that make you feel uncomfortable, but that was her problem not yours (I mean who did she think she is) you did nothing wrong, some people as silly arses. Take care of that ticker of yours 🤗

Did you get the Christmas card I sent to your studio address? Thought it might cheer you a little and remind you of how well thought of you are. Hey Georgina, you're having the heartbeat highs while you are walking up hill/stairs, might have to limit your walking until your procedure. I wonder if you're doing too much in general? trying to push on, you may need some more down time where you just blob. Which you may not like because you get to thinking and feeling. As for that woman in the art house, in fact shes the one who has violated your boundaries, if it was me I would be phoning up the manager and letting them know what happened, if anything you taking a photo of where you are and putting it on your instagram is free advertising, and the manager needs to know you dont want to go back. (You said that woman was talking to someone, maybe they are having an affair and dont want that shot out there lol). So this is how the staff there are treating the customers.

Not to defend her reaction or anything, but I suppose she could have had an identity change to get out of a dangerous relationship or something like that. So maybe she was worried about the possible spread of the image. Seems like a minuscule risk though. (I don't know what the "rules" for living under an identity protection programme are, so I might be completely wrong!)
Still, you were in your right to take that photo, as it was in a public space, the person was not the focal point of the shot, and the person was from what I can tell not in an obviously embarrassing/revealing situation. I'm glad you could settle her (possible) worry and the misunderstanding, but I'm sorry it was at the expense of your coffee break and relaxed composure. Hopefully the rest of the day wasn't completely ruined from it. 💖
Totally understand where you're coming from though, it has happened to me several times. I easily get out-of-control anxiety from such shocks to the system. One time I missed out on a movie because the person in front of me thought that I had kicked the back of her seat (I didn't). Even though she was in her right to ask -though maybe not quite as rudely as she did- and I knew 100% that I hadn't, I still felt too bothered/unsettled to stay in the theatre! 😓
I hope you get some answers regarding your heart soon, and that it can be easily remedied!

Georgina - I am not a doctor but you might ask for an IRON INFUSION - not iron tablets. The same thing you are experiencing was going on for me for years. But for me it was initially overlooked. The breathlessness was constant. I thought I was having a heart attack on at least two occasions. By chance, my Gastroenterologist ran blood tests unconnected to this- it was connected to a disorder I have called Ulcerative Colitis. They ran me up to say I needed to go into hospital for an iron infusion. I said "Can't I just have iron tablets?". They said they would not be absorbed fully in the same way as the infusion. Only after being diagnosed with iron anaemia did I look this up to see the breathlessness was connected.This is why I kept having this issue. Afterwards they prescribed me iron and folic acid tablets to take which I am still taking. Iron supplements will never resolve this - it's the infusion they did it for me. I have not been breathless since. The infusion.drip thing took about 2 hours.

Also, sorry just read back my last comment - the iron anemia deficiency was caused by a bowel disorder I have. But when I complained about the breathlessness at A & E - three times I ended up in A & E, they did not pick anything up. It was a routine blood test for my Gastro which picked up the iron issue,
