Detour - The first Limited-Edition From Arcane Works | INEOS Grenadier

- INEOS Automotive has unveiled the first limited edition vehicle from its newly created Arcane Works division, the INEOS Grenadier Detour.
Just 200 hand-finished 4X4s will be produced, using bespoke design elements and working with UK craftsmen to allow customers to add their own style alongside custom-made specifications.
Detour models will be identifiable by their unique 18-inch forged alloy wheels, a specially designed front grille with headlight surrounds, and four new dedicated paint finishes - Magma Red, Whiteout Blue, Squall Green and Storm Force Silver- each polished by hand to enhance the finish.
Along with the four exclusive colour options, Detour drivers seeking the ultimate personalisation can select the Arcane Works bespoke paint option that uses a colour matching system that bases the paint colour on a sample provided by the customer or matched to an existing vehicle they may own. Their Detour will then be hand-sprayed in this one-off colour and hand-polished to a high sheen in the UK.

Very nice, as individual as most Grenadier Owners are This first edition aimed at those who like a little luxury in their life.
Hope future versions from Arcane works are for some of us who are a bit rougher round the edges, or look to the Grenadier community to offer a bespoke build on those Grenadiers that are already purchased.
Time to get back to 55k for the commercial version? 😅

I will add an opposite opinion. As the majority of practical users the wait on sway bar disconnects, lift kits, early teething issue fixes, ect, expensive bling, bling packages are not what the majority of customers are seeking. I pick mine up in 2 weeks.
You would be surprised to see that just like the Range Rover, this vehicle will turn out a luxury item in no time! Utilitarian and status symbol.
It's nice and all but it's making an already too expensive car even more expensive. Where is the basic workhorse edition?
Cheaper, less stuff to break, easy to modify.

Stop with the limited edition models,!! Bring out a two and four door soft top. Cloth interior and basic.
Powertrain upgrade would be my choice in the edition.
This is very cool. Unlike other luxury 4x4s it looks like this limited edition will retain enough of the ruggedness to remain a real 4x4. Well thought out and overall impressive.

@@SamanthaHAgastinI was referring to a manual transmission. If that’s true. I’m unbelievably happy. If you were referring to a user/service manual, then that does not sway me. It would be nice, but not needed for me.
