Applying the business skills she learned from Concordia University Irvine's MBA program, Melissa Owens was named Regional Manager of the Year and promoted to Southeast Divisional Retail Merchandiser, all within five years of working at Nordstrom. For Melissa, it's no longer about the fashion itself----her job has turned into inspiring people.
