Good job presenting this beautiful Princess. I own a Princess 100 with a French keyboard layout with an Elite typeface. It is the same cream color. I own 14 typewriters and the Princess is my favorite amongst all. I just love it's super portability and the responsiveness. It was only 10$ CAN on MP. The condition of the mechanism was very good although there are some dings on the body paint. I still feel some guilt not telling the seller it was worth more than 10$.
Gorgeous machine!! I love mine... neat fact, Keller und Knappich Augsburg is still around today. Still in Augsburg. They are now known as KUKA...take the first letters of their old name and voila. They make some of the finest industrial 6 axis robots in the world. If you Google KUKA you'll know....😉
I have bought one of these! Like yours! Same colour, but one 200. Great video. Thanks for this and others I’ve already seen. Mine was for brazilian market with a “ç” and ^ ~ and’ ' á .So nice! It types like a dream!
I have a 1960 princess 300 that arrived damaged in transit. It has sticking keys, carriage sticks at 60 even with margin set at 80, type slugs aren’t completely touching the paper, shift lock is frozen in place. Looking for a typewriter repair shop in Atlanta. It looks gorgeous but is just not working right now.😢
Love the swank case! I recognize those feet. My Princess 200 has a similar leather case. Tell Kevin I think he deserves a raise for his excellent reading on the intros and his camera work.

@@LazyDogTypewriters I’ll do that! Thank you 🙏🏻
This is to hold paper - it is sticking to the paper holder.
Exactly what I was thinking! That's the magnet that sticks to the paper rest!

Will do. I'm doubling his allowance!
It was during the Cold War so legally we prolly couldn’t get anything from Germany back then.
