@Gonzo Cruz haha, you couldn't be further from the truth my friend. I'm a toybiz guy at heart, truth be known. I just really like this figure. I'm of the 80s so it doesn't take much to please me, I'm thrilled that figures have joints now 😄😄
I thought this one was going to be completely lackluster. Until I see that it has a movable jaw. Wtf?! Hascrap. They do a outstanding job sometimes . This is one only a true believer would want. ❤
If you open the jaw you'll find an unpainted mess and want to close the jaw. The hinge/back of mouth... all you see is a green hinge bar and more green past the tiny black area of the mouth. Lazyness.
Thanks for the great review! You're 100% on the money with how I feel about this BAF. It does still look good, but it just isn't accurate, which is frustrating. Hasbro's corner cutting is beyond notorious at this point.
I don’t know that Ch’od would be able to sell on his own like Hulk figures would. Plus Fixit was a video game version first time around. The upcoming one is comic based
Disappointing af baf. Im only getting Cosair and waiting until someone makes a custom or add on parts for Ch’od. Reusing an old baf mold was just lazy. 😂😂😂
I love the Starjammers and would totally buy all the figures, but to buy all these others just to get Ch’od is annoying. I don’t like half the figures in this BAF wave. It makes more sense to do a BAF with the team he is a part of. Or just skip the whole BAF thing all together and release larger figures as deluxe figures.
With the inaccuracies and lack of detail, this BAF is an... abomination. Ch'od was drawn with five fingers on the Uncanny X-Men Vol. 5 #8 Guardians of the Galaxy variant cover. Probably Googled an image and used it as reference. I think they did that with Omega Sentinel's hair color. What if the "Ch" is pronounced with a "K" sound like chasm? But then is it cod or code? It's Shang-Chi and Namor all over again.
It looks ok, just a bit disappointing. The head is really nice, but like the body the paint colour scheme is off. Those knee joints look awful on him and the other figs that use this bod. The could've given us a bigger more muscular sculpt (check out the stunty legs and skinny calves), that would've gone towards a new more imposing Abomination.
I get the re-used parts, but what escapes me is the fact that they sculpted new hands for this character and still made them inaccurate. I guess you can snip off the pinky and there you go...😂😂😂😂😔😔😔😔😔
My fave BAF in several years. The addition of the hinged jaw was fun.
Tell me you’re a Hasbro shill without telling me………😂😂😂😂

I was beginning to think I wasn't going to complete this, but I think I might now.
They gonna release him again with more details for a deluxe version, same case of Fixit.

@@MCUcollector24that didn’t stop Hasbro from rereleasing more updated bafs that didn’t sell. Hydra stamper and Riot are an example. 😂😂
It’d be nice but I feel like it’s unlikely. Except if the character would appear in a mcu X-Men movie or something.
@@Dont4Get2BringATow3l they also made a couple of different looks of Toxin
@@MCUcollector24 Don't forget he is part of animated series, could happen the same again.
I want Havok on vulcan body X-factor outfit or starjammer modern outfit. As the others team first Hepzibah then Raza
I’d love hepzibah but am concerned how they’d implement her tail. Raza for sure!
Can’t believe his name is chode 😂
Facts
They have to use this body to make an A-Bomb figure to
We need a Hepzibap
Wow he said the name right at first lol 😅
The next wave should be Warstar wave.
Not sure. But shouldn’t that guy be darker.

They need to finish with the Inhumans, they have Black Bolt and Medusa what about Gorgon,Karnak, Crystal and Triton
One of those is coming later this year

Marvel Comics says Ch'oD "Bold"
You keep saying that, but Bold doesn’t rhyme with chode or chod.
Ch'od is supposed to have 4 fingers on each hand

Wow, the legs really don’t fit well with the rest of the body. Way to build a figure on the cheap, Hasbro.
The epitome of Hasbro's lazyness.
1st X-Men character that I'll pass. It's very inaccurate. The fingers, feet, body, color paint. It's frustratingly bad.Disappointing.
This body mold is terrible
