    The Ronchi di Cialli 2018 is fantastic - refreshing and unique. A true summer red. And a bizarrely good match for green curry btw. .

      Schioppettino wine tends to pair well with Asian foods thanks to its higher acidity, lower tannins. Ronchi di Cialla is credited for saving the schioppettino grape and is considered 1 of the top 2 producers of Schioppettino. Do you know the second one? Hint: it is 3 generation women owned...
