    I completely get what you are saying but I think you have left one big thing out Selling any product which in this case is a wine, also entails marketing. A company, any company, (your company) needs to show its customers that they are the best at doing what they do. They (you) need to sell the customer that they (you) offer them the best price, service, and aftercare for the product they are after. Name is the most important thing a company has. Look at all the jingles we remember, this means that the marketing worked. Name is so important that people are not told when a small, private company is bought out by a huge company (Constellation Brands). These huge companies want the consumer to continue to believe they are buying wine from the Mondavi family when they are not. You for instance made this video to show that the product you sell is better than the product a supermarket sells, this is marketing. Every person you get to watch your videos is a potential customer and everyone told about your video or what they learned is another potential customer. With this video, you are trying to convince a customer that your company is the best and offers the greatest value for them. While there are certainly those out there who buy the wines you first described, there are also those who know more about the actual product and will stay away from them. As a last note, some companies put out great products but do not have the market share or budget in order to allow them to mass market as the Stags Leap or Mondavi wineries do. This does not mean however that their products are not as good if not better than the big names.

    • @verovino
      @verovino 18 дней назад

      Marketing for sure is key no matter if you are a large or small winery, making "corporate" or "farm made" wines. Vero was started to help the likes of small wineries who are also farmers and make a great wine but without marketing resources available to reach the US market. We try to help with that by not only importing and selling their wines but also spreading the word and reaching those that share the same passion as them for an authentic wine.

      We think the quality of the wine depends a lot on who’s making it and the intention of the wine producers. Some wine producers are just in it for the money while others are passion driven. We specialize in the latter and we feel that makes a big difference.

    • @stroopwafel6141

      Did you taste them all? Probably not. It depends very much on the producer and quality of the vineyard. Yes, in the seventies Chianti got a bad name due to cheap supermarket wines. But that image is not valid anymore. There are really a lot of serious producers in Chianti. In fact I think a lot of Chianti's reserva have a better price-quality level than wines from Montalcino, how much I like them as well. Personally I like the freshness and sour cherry flavour in many Chianti's.

    Love Barbera and am lucky enough to have many to try and enjoy here in the Alpine Valleys and King Valley wine regions of NE Victoria Australia. Would love to try this one as I really admire the way they farm.

      Someday we would love to have the opportunity to try some Australian Barberas! Unfortuntely for this Case Corini Bricco, we do not ship to Australia... but if you are ever in the US, contact us for info on where to taste it. Thank you for your comment :)

    Thank you for your very interesting video. This is a way of growing grapes and wine production that I’m fascinated by. Sadly the vineyard I work in here in Australia is all about herbicides, pesticides and fungicides which is a way of farming which does not sit well with me.

      We are glad to know you found the video interesting. It is an amazing way to farm grapes, following old family traditions, and it certainly isn't easy... that is what makes it so captivating. Thank you for your kind comment! :)
