About 20 years ago, I got the honor of seeing George Strait in concert from the 2nd row! It is still, to this day, one of the best shows i have been to. Please do more country! I too grew up on 90% country, and there is no better era of music then 80s and 90s country.
I lived in New Jersey for 8 years and whenever I got homesick for Texas, I would listen to King George. Now I live in Boerne TX and occasionally see him around because he lives in the area. He is the GOAT for sure!

Mad respect for this. I grew up in Boerne Tx outside of San Antonio. His son was in my driver's Ed class when I was a kid and he was always around town. Not only is he the KING but he and his family are completely class acts. He's also a legit cowboy. Him and his son own and run a horse arena outside of town and they are legit team ropers.
