Thanks Karen!
thanks
very practical and cool gestures
Hope it helps
Thank you so much! Very informative and this is a friendly reminder to someone who actually studied communications. I've been making educational tiktoks for almost 9 months and because of the vertical videos I can't show my hands a lot. But the times where I feel I need to show my hand gestures and motions sometimes I nailed it and sometimes not. But for my first RUclips videos this is super "handy". 🙌
Thanks for watching, what's your tiktok channel name. Will check it out.
Well noted thank you 😊 💕
Thank you Deborah

Which hand gesture are you going to use?
I wish this was common knowledge growing up, I always wondered why some people just really caught my attention & this was it 😂 gonna try this my self and hopefully implement it into my daily life! Thank you very much
Glad it was helpful!
About to deliver an online speech! Thanks for the tips
Go crush it!
Hey thanks I've a seminar in school
Thank you from india.
Thx🙂

That arched, "steepled fingers" gesture is one I avoid uncompromisingly, ever since I did it in a public speaking course and my teacher said it was an expression of boredom. Over the 40 years or so since then, observing others and noting when they resort to the "triangle," it has grown very clear to me that the professor was right. People resort to the triangle when they are in a perfunctory, rote, scripted mood, rattling off what they know they have to tell you but is quite "old" and thoroughly unengaging to their own minds.
Thankssss ..You have no idea how this helped me sir
Glad it was helpful!
It is worth watching this video...
Thanks @Kuldeep!
Thanksss
Let's go!
Hi, Kit Congratulations!!!
Thank you!!
Thnx sir this video is very helpful 😇😇😇

I love how you still replying your subscriber comment, great content ❤
Thanks so much, that's because im still a small channel and don't get that many comments anyway. Hope this video was helpful
Amazing thank you for the tips! But why did the video end so abruptly though?
Thanks TheMaster-Y! To be honest, bad editing =/ One of my first videos up and I didn't do such a good job.
Walk tips for at the time of giving presentation😊
I must be a natural born leader because I have always used all this hand gestures since I was very young. And I have to confirm that people do listen and pay attention when I speak. This was good to know because I had no idea the effect my habit had on people
That's great to hear Moipone. You are a natural!
Natural born idiot
Work presentation tomorrow and stumbled on this...thank you!!!
hope you crushed it!
@@BostonSpeaks I did!! :) :)
@@taylah1218 good to hear 🥳🥳🥳
Great content! Do you do personal consultations?
Hey Jay ~ Glad you enjoyed the video. Please visit the website if you're interested in working together: www.bostonspeaks.com/
I am about to give a speech tomorrow for a competition any advice ? Please tell
Great tips, especially if you don’t overdue the gestures. There is a fine line between excellence and trying too hard.
Well said Megan!
Why I do I feel like I should go to the store and buy apples and bananas? 😂 excellent video, thank you!
I’m doing this thing at my school called a speech festival, and I have to do a speech on the railway air brake and how it impacted lives. I tend to be really stiff and don’t practice that much so it takes me a while to incorporate gestures. Which gesture should I use?
Use the palms up and gesture towards people or the camera. It will give you more flow.
Thank you! But can i use the strict way for powerful speeches?
Yes you can 🎤🎤
Thanks!
❤
COMING HERE BCS MY HANDS CANT STOP MOVING WHEN PRESENTING 😭 REALLY CRITICAL FOR ME
Hope this helps
My teacher always scold me for doing hand movements while answering a question or talking on any topic or when i tell some concepts related to understanding of concepts. He getting angry on me . And tell me in future this habit become an adverse effects on me . I can't do anything because it become habit for me .I can't leave this habit . It helps me to express me more easily. I think i use hands movements faster and more..
Tell me what should I do.
Sorry for bad English 😅
It's your teacher's preference. Imagine someone who likes spicy food tells you that your cooking is bad because it wasn't spicy enough

thanks I never really use hands when I speak bc it’s not very naturally for me
Let me know how it goes
Ironically these gestures are red flags in criminal psychology during interrogations.
I liked the Karate chop ......n' hey how did it get cut off ????ended
K4 raja babu sorry that was the end, bad editing. Still new at it. It went to a different section afterwards.
would not be much repetitive for all the public speakears outting their hands like you suggested?
Use your own style, that's the best
