This is quite the ragtag group of side characters
chrysalis slowly escaped in mlp comics issue 102, and the gray pony said, she's early. so that could indicate that those three were never going to be turned to stone forever. they probably were setting this up for them to return in g5.
The better question is, Where are they in Gen 5? Last time we saw them, they were in some garden in Canterlot, and after Gen 5, we saw Canterlot very much run down and abandoned.

I hope they don't bring Chrysalis back in G5, she's one of my favorite mlp characters and they'd totally ruin her (even further) in g5

@@ashes_are_lifeLet’s be real, it’ll be extremely difficult if not impossible for him to ever come back to RUclips ever again. And even if he wanted too, it’ll be pretty hard to find artist and editors who’ll be willing to work for him with his record. Unless his videos are self made.
If discord Who was practically a god of destruction was kept in a garden when he was turned into stone so I don't doubt they would stay in the same garden.
I think they should be released, even if they are bad villains, they shouldnt be just staying a stone statue forever. Ive always felt a little bad to their ending, and i think they could be reformed. Cozy glow especially.
