"Pink Flamingo Lollipops"

This laser cut and engraved ‘Pink Flamingo Lollipops’ gift box is the first in a series of unique Designer Box Projects produced by and found on WhatsNewJohnny.com website.
The box is produced with my laser cutting and engraving machine and the graphic art comes from Adobe programs.

Supplies and process:
Start with high quality 1/4” Baltic Birch plywood
Laser cut and engrave the design on the top and the sides, followed by light sanding
Apply one coat of polyurethane on the engraved side and let dry.
Assemble with the help of my unique gluing fixture that controls squareness
Final step after the glue is dry - cut the top to create the lid.
Install the hardware - hinges and latch - easy to install and provides a high quality touch
The box is filled with individually wrapped pink Flamingo Lollipos, from Amazon, and placed in a bed of pink shredded material.
