I'm trying my best to get the tools and table needed to work with wood again , I found out that this is a passion of mine after working for CalFire the past few years. I was injured outside of work so I haven't had the chance to get wood or get a custom shop for this work. I absolutely love what you did here ! Amazing work ! Thank you for allowing me to be there

Hi, just found your channel , congrats and thanks! videos are really clear and helpful.
Ive started cutting bottles but been looking for a practical and faster way to sand them. loved this!
So, my question is, how come you dont use water? I´ve seen many videos on sanding bottles and most of them show wet sand paper, could you tell me which number of sand paper you use? thanks! already subscribed and going now to check your website!

I use a 180 grit sanding disc rotating slowly at 650 rpm. The disk is hook and loop with no holes. I have a Bauer polisher mounted up side down on the end of the cart. Watch the video to the end.
