Because of stacking I still use mostly yellow belts. They're really the fastest and cheapest option for getting something bare bones done. Glebba is the only planet I'd encourage turbo belt only for spoilage reasons
As for quality I got really close to flying into the sun so to speak. At 300% production LDS becomes plastic neutral. That means unlimited legendary copper and steel plates. The steel doesn't break down. I don't know if there's a hard limit to prevent resource loops but that's the closest I got. The hard limit is 300% prod and it puts you plastic neutral. I don't know what to do for raw iron yet

Blue circuits can also hit 300% prod, and you can recycle down through green circuits into iron.
Blue circuits 300% converts circuits into legendary with several machines. LDS 300% converts lava into legendary steel and copper with just 1 foundry.
