Wow. This is Great!! Also, I recognized where the music you used is from... "BunnyKill 4" by Juuso 'Mottis' Andelin! I know this because I have watched the entire movie on NewGrounds. The song's name at 0:19-1:23 is actually "SnowBall versus Flint" and (of course) it's by Matti 'Rajunen' Pajunen. It was used in the first part of BK4's fourth scene BK4, "Dragon Shrine Showdown" and is sometimes titled that. But this playthrough is just awesome!!
Don't worry, I'm not at that stage yet either...The only ones I can complete buster only are Virus Man, Photon Man, Crypt Man, and occasionally, Fuse Man and Circuit Man. Even then, I don't always get it right...
Well, the game saves your progress if you leave the stage before and after the boss rush, but the main reason was the boss rush itself. I highly doubt I'd still be mentally stable if I either had to beat the stage, then the boss rush, or beat the boss rush and then Justice Man. The former would probably be worse considering the length of the stage. Essentially, it's the same situation as Wily 4 in Unlimited. It would be incredibly tedious and frustrating to play through.

If it's not asking much, could you do this again? Except with only the Mega Buster? If not, that's fine.

Maybe I missed one of your commentaries but is there a particular reason you decided to split the last stage into 3 parts?
