I’ve mained WW since D3, and 3 seasons into D4. This season, Bash has been all I needed. Once I tempered Bash Cleaves and Close enemies the damaged skyrocketed. Insane. Now just master working and looking for a couple uniques.
Nice vid, I play Flay Barb to push (currently up to 114) and for farming I use WW. The good thing about this is if you have an ok off-set of gear for WW you can use the exact same Paragon board that you use for Flay and just swap 1 Glyph which is Twister in for Executioner.
My biggest issue with flay is its boring animation and the very annoying grunt sound effect. It clearly was never meant to be a spammed primary skill. It’s just too annoying for me to continue.
Using direct bash no bleed been able to clear 130s so far going to push higher when I hit all masterworking crits I need, I farm 110s in minutes so think you got a lot of work to do on flay barb
THORNS barb is DOA against Uber Lilith - regardless if you have 100% perfect gear. Thorn attacks DO NOT "reflect" on her per se and the exploding eggs (you can't DO ANYTHING with the eggs only waiting for them to explode in your face), blood dots & minions don't reflect the damage on her. I REGRET going for the thorn barb. This is a HUGE design flaw. There's NOTHING you can do against her as a thorn barb. That's why you won't find a SINGLE video of Thorn barb killing tormented Uber Lilith. They designed a BOSS where a BUILD CANNOT DO ONE SINGLE damage against her. Zdps. I REPEAT. DO NOT bother with a Thorn barb. It's an utter waste of time.
I’m currently in the leveling phase and no problem doing the hell tide. However, always getting easily get killed in the pit. Your content is well presented and discussed. I love it from beginning to end. I will try the bash this time and hope to start clearing the pit soon. The world is a better place with having good content creators like you.
Flay unironically is the best barb build already has a 146 clear in 10 minutes and a 143 with no holy bolts. Also can kill tormented 4 man bosses in 5 seconds. Might need to make an adjustment to the video.
yea, I pretty much completed my Blood Lance/Orb, infinite Blood Wave, auto corpse explosion/tendrils, Artisan-Bone Spirits, minion necro (quadruple hybrid build) It has three 3GA, all items maxed. I'm kind of burned out lol
It is an insane build, but it's also the only one were I'd have to recommend people to level a Rogue too, so that they could temper it properly. So I decided to leave it out for this video.
@@Dalkoragaming every build you posted also is better with the rogue tempers. That's a poor excuse. Bash and DSDD both are better with the crit tempers.
Flay / Rupture should be second. It doesn't have as good of an ad clear as Bash but the single target damage is insane. You can kill most t100 bosses in less than 10 seconds

So I decided to use the Uber planner for WW and did utilize my grandfather also and added a bit of bleed instead of concussion and I must say it is potent. Fastest speed farmer I’ve ever made bar none. Even when I was lvl 80 I was farming T90’s NMD’s with ease and speed. I do believe this is my favorite build in D4. Ty brother I’ll keep up on your reviews and builds
My GOD Blizzard has to come out with the Wardrobe System so we can easily switch builds. Fak! I want to play Bash in the Pit bit Whirlwind for everything else lol. Changing is SUCH a pain!.
They gave us that years ago in d3..so obviously they have to wait at least one more xpac to come up with that same idea and try and sell it as a brand new feature 🤣
DS and I assume WW are pretty amazing if you use a controller. DS may be the most satisfying build I have used this season by far and it is also easily the easiest to gear.
Great video bro!. Just have one question. How can you use the skill bash with 2 One-handed weapon? Its only giving me the option to use the Two-Handed Bludgeoning.

Could you please answer two questions; I did mastery on 3 times boots and two weapon but my damage went down by 2k. also when I destroyed two weapons I had done mastery on I didn't get my stones back like you said. I got nothing back. I had to do the pit 5 times today and on the last go it gave me 30 stones. also when we reach 100 we no longer get paragon points? please advise
Rupture is still bugged where on higher puts, you see it heal the boss, so there's a variant out there that uses hota, but to me being solo, don't really notice it that much.

So, I'm trying to build my thorn build but I don't understand why leap and not ground stump or both and don't take chain's? Been playing but I've hit a wall, with the build when it comes to lvl 100 greater enemies. I'm right now at 70 lvl but if I go against enemies of let's say 110 or higher I start melting and fast My build is Battle lunging-with enhanced, and combat strike for the critical hit to get berserker All three shout/cries Ground stump Iron skin And all passives for thorns, damage reduction, extra health With the final point in unconditional. Just fyi when I was playing I was able to be lvl 50 taking on lvl 90 enemies. Only when I get to 100s did I start slowing down for no reason.
Everytime you leap you create an Earthqauke and this increases your damage by x10% for each one that is active through the Rumble Glyph which is where all the famage comes from, Chains is important because we're dealing alot of our damage through Needleflare aspect which is a very short AoE so enemies need to be piled on top of us for it to be off any real affect.

I figured you would of done 1or2 Bash/Flay pretty even one does better mobbing the other is better for boss 3 thorns 4 dust devils now after mid season patch update whirlwind will be better
hey dalkora, have you seen the tech with ww/dust devils where you use The Grandfather (to pump your character sheet Critical Strike Damage to insane levels, in the ballpark of 4,000 to 5,000% [I have 4,400% myself]) and run Gushing Wounds key passive and Berserk Ripping on your 2h Bludgeoning weapon, then stack vuln damage and crit strike damage? It does insane insane insane bleed damage. Pair it up with Tyrael's Might and you can do some silly damage. I speedfarm t95 on my Barb using this setup (credit to Rob, of course lol) in about 120 seconds per run! I modified Rob's setup for more boss damage (I dropped the Iron Blood aspect for Concussive Strikes on pants for 20% [x] more boss damage during stagger).

If you dont have grandfather flay just dont cut it, infact any bleed build doesnt, especially when you dont have the rogue buffs on weapons, when you get grandfather you def should try the flay build, for me bash is the easier route and most fun way to go its just so fast, i am comfortable farming, HOTA buff watching for me isnt fun, yes big numbers and quick boss kills maybe fun but am a fury beasty smashing faces.
That’s just not true. The top flay build uses a legendary pole arm. Check robs video. Yes you do need rogue tempers but big deal. Easier to get that than a grandfather by miles
@@hashimrahman51 well one Lego for another Lego, the billion barbs prior have all been rob saying granpappa for the crit dmg multiplier, the guy had 6000 crit dmg multiplyer, will check this out as must be a new one then since I last checked.
I know im not crazy but i go bash/hota bleed and i keep seeing all these videos of youtubers being able to cycle bash with two handed swords or duel wield. But im locked to blunt weapons only. Im i doing somethig wrong here to not be able to use dual hand as a bash?
@@tonyvang1629you can only use bash with a bludgeoning weapon and for the big damage on bleeds you HAVE to make a rogue alt and roll crit strike damage on almost all your weapons/jewelry
2h mace main hand . 2h sword or pole arm off hand . 1h mace in slot then axe in 2nd 1h spot . Make sure you scroll down and assign the bash skill to what you want 2h or dual wield
Lol like half the top builds this season are just basic skill builds. I say that's a fail on blizzard side that none spender builds should maybe not be so strong
I tend to agree. Yes basic skills needed some buffing but they have clearly blown primary skills out of the water currently. To make matters worse they are much easier to gear for and play since there are no resource concerns whatsoever.

So what? The sole reason people play is to steamroll the game, let’s be real. And no one is forcing you to watch. Finally, you can aspire to being great, doesn’t mean you will actually reach it. A flay build is something you can use from level 1 to 100 and into the hardest content possible if you want to gear up. What’s not to love?

No build is perfect but yeah that is a massive drawback. Looks like flay is the all around king of everything atm.
Yeh he mentions that your not gonna be good against all enemies but the ones you are you will destroy
We need something like Hack from Diablo 3 to use our thorns offensively to really make thorns jump off. Crusader was a demon back then.

I think that you missed the Rupture/Flay Polearm bleed build which should be in the top 2 its flat devastating.
It is an insane build, but it's also the only one were I'd have to recommend people to level a Rogue too, so that they could temper it properly.
So I decided to leave it out for this video.
Check king pigs build. He doesn’t use the rogue tempers and I think he ruptured for 30-40billion

I enjoy flay/rupture the most...the others just felt boring to me. I guess I prefer the bleed playstyle I guess.

Its not even close when you dont heave really good gear -> Normal Bash Barb beats the other Barb builds by 15 Pit Levels +

Hota is flat dead. Sorry but it's no longer viable. It's used now as an augment skill for bash and that's it

I leveled super fast with bash... just temper your weapons with + Bash, and + dmg to Close... and you 1 hit everything as you level.
I'm trying the bash build on icy veins but finding survivability difficult.

Tempers, masterworks, stats, and glyphs/paragon. Thats all there is really. I went ww and am clearing t100NM for glyphs at 91

Why is dust devil size recommended instead of full dust devil damage?
Because there is an aspect to make its damage multiplicative of its size

There's no seasonal mechanics for season 4 so these builds should be viable for the most part in the Enternal realm.
