I have ADHD and depression, so building that oral hygiene routine was extra rough. Now that I have it, I adhere to it religiously, especially since my brain just tends to decide everything is lost, when I mess up a routine, as happened after New Year's eve, and then getting back into it is torturous.
Even worse was that my anxiety about getting judged kept me from seeing a dentist for *way* too long, which ended in me needing two root canals when I finally forced myself to get an appointment. My dentist is amazing, though, and was extremely understanding about my issues. Now I have regular checkups every 4 months and my teeth are great.

I am wearing braces and I have hard time cleaning in between my teeth especially that these interdental brushes are not available in my area. Honestly, I did not care so much about it but now after watching this informative video, I am more aware about the health issue I may encounter and the importance of keep my mouth clean. Thank you very much for this video 💛

Gum and periodontal diseases are related to liver and stomach diseases no matter how much u clean ur teeth it's not going to help u unless u fix ur internal disease.

      Is it reality?

@Xafuus Ina yaroow Yes and no. It's the opposite. Bacteria in your mouth from periodontal disease can contribute to stomach ulcers according to a plethora of studies.
GERD and similar issues that contribute to increase acidity in your mouth can weaken your enamel and cause teeth staining as well though. But all advice given in the video would help there anyway. For that, make sure you use an enamel repair/remineralizing toothpaste to reduce sensitivity and help keep your enamel from wearing.

So nice to hear English voices for once, instead of those awful screeching americans haha. Very informative and relaxing at the same time. Thank you 😊
