Seriously Marty ?....Seriously ?...Without Doubt the KING of Tutorial presenters I have ever seen or heard ! WOW !
Reply to Jake Smith: You are correct. "Hexadecimal" is the technical term. I used the term, "hexadecimal" in other tutorials, but frankly, I forgot the term when I made this tut. Since the code is comprised of just letters and numbers, "alphanumeric" still conveys the idea. :-)
I'm with you Mr. Marty… :D
All Hail The KING Of PS Tutorials!!! Thanks SO Much.......... I've So Enjoyed Your Channel Over The Years And Really Needed This Tutorial Thanks Marty!!!!!!
Probably the easiest and best tutorial I've seen regarding neon lights.

Hey Marty, Thanks for the tutorial. I was able to apply what I learned to a line drawing of a motorcycle racer. I created it in AI and moved it from AI to PS CC, rasterized it and applied your techniques. It looks very cool!
Thank you very much for this awesome tutorial !!
I like how your tutorial videos are well scripted and straight to the point. Thanks a lot Marty! I learned lot from watching your photoshop videos. #photoshoprocks
Thank you so much once more!
You're very welcome!
Love your tutorials. Easy to follow and great results. Thanks!
I love your videos never stop making them!
This is an awesome tutorial! You taught me about the vanishing point effect, but I do think that the effect could be made more realistic if you erased the drop shadow above the building. After all, there's nothing there to "host" a shadow except air.
The drop shadow isn't seen above the building because that area is black, therefore, it's not necessary to erase it.
Absolutely awesome. Thank you for sharing with us, Mr. Marty!
Regards from Brazil!

Excellent tutorial, as always! I never knew how to properly use this perspective grid. Good to know how that works ^^ Perhaps you can do some more stuff, involving perspective tools?(For us painting guys). How about explaining an Escher painting through perspective tools :)
Thumbs up from me, as usually! Great stuff!

Hi Marty. Love your tuts. Is it possible to edit the text without having to start from scratch? Thanks
At 2:09, you can convert the text to a Smart Object.
hey marty... could you make one tutorial about low-poly arts? Thanks ;)

Nice :D
Thank you for continuing your tutorials. Its very helpful in learning how to use my CS6 Photoshop software. Question? Will CC be coming to DVD soon for home use or will it continue to be dependent on online use? I prefer a hard copy using offline not being locked down to a subscription service. If not is there a way of convincing the makers of Photoshop to give us the option as they used to do with previous versions?
To my knowledge, Adobe isn't planning on selling physical disks anymore.
Blue Lightning TV
So I guess its just the subscription service anymore? I know pirate issue was a concern but this not good business practice to lock customers to one type of product. My only conclusion is that Adobe feels its a monopoly on this type of software as Ma Bell telephone did prior to their downfall. Anyway of having Adobe change that type of mentality for us little folks?
Yes, Adobe software is full-out subscription-based now. Personally, I like the subscription service, although I do understand & respect that many people like to own the physical software. It's a personal preference. I look at it this way: for 10 bucks per month, I get the most up-to-date versions of Photoshop and Lightroom and receive instant software updates. When I used to buy PS, it costs hundreds of dollars and within a few years, I'd be stuck with old software unless I shelled out more $$$ for the newer version.
Blue Lightning TV I do agree with your reasoning, please don't get me wrong of my opinion. Its just that I believe Adobe should offer the option for those of us that would use it at home without strings attached. Perhaps with your connections you can let Adobe be aware of considering it. In the meantime please continue your tutorials for CS6 since this is the software I'm currently using. Again my thanks... :)
Blue Lightning TV
No kidding!
I’ve close to $10,000 in CAD programs that will no longer run on my Mac operating system.
What a disaster!
The biggest problem with purchasing these expensive tools is ... life gets in the way.
Is the Photoshop rental a monthly thing or can you rent for only the months you need the tool?
Like an animation.
Would really appreciate if you helped me with this. Thanks for your time
its ok mate figured it out still appreciate the tutorial
Great tutorial Marty! Just one observation. In the other tutorial you also added the glow to the brick wall. Would that not have worked in this image?
Adrian Cisneros Technically, it would have worked in this image, but I chose not to add it because the wall was extremely grainy and soft. I didn't want to bring any more attention to it.
Blue Lightning TV Good point! Thank you!
Blue Lightning TV Mate can i have the PSD for this plz?Thank you
Hey Marty I love your videos they are so direct...I've been looking for a really direct cartoon tutorial. I cant find one though. Can you make one? or Can someone link me to one that is really good?
I've done a few cartoon tutorials. Go to my RUclips channel & click on the magnifying glass icon (next to “About”). In the “Search Channel” field, type in, “cartoon”. FYI: I've down over 300 tutorials covering almost every subject.
Blue Lightning TV Thank You.

Restaurant is The Majestic here in Atlanta!! #RealDive lol
Charlie Sill lol ;-)
Eric approves.
Im new to photoshop, I try to keep up with the videos, in this case, when I open a new layer I have no color box to clik, and get lost as I follow along.
The foreground and background color boxes are on the lower, left of your screen.
thankyou
Can I do this in CS5?
I'm pretty sure you can, but you may have to do some work-arounds. Sorry, it's been awhile since I used CS5.
Marty , your profession is ???
what is your mail id ?
