The only things I would like to see changed is a larger windshield and no permanent bench seating in the rear. A folding transom bench would be better

The bench in the back also has storage on both sides and bilge access in the center. I think a removable back bench seat is tacky unless you use the boat primarily for fishing. It’s called a Hybrid because it’s very versatile. You can take granny and aunt Sally to the sandbar and take your buddy’s offshore the next day. It’s a great boat. I am a service technician and we actually have this model in the shop right now. It’s definitely built and rigged properly. The only boat I have personally worked on that is a center console is any Intrepid. Those Intrepid are absolutely PERFECT when they leave the factory in Largo, Fl but they are kinda ugly looking. Contenders are good too and on par with Yellowfin.
This Hybrid is ok wish you guys would do a walkthrough of the Seahunter 28 Floridian
Why black bilge? That seems really dumb.
Great boat but they need to update that console.

We had the same boat with a tower and a Minkota Ulterra. Powered with twin Yam 200's. A very good riding boat in seas < 4'. Great imo fuel economy! ~ 1.4 mpg @ 3900 with 2 guys and full fuel. 2 points I didn't like about the boat. Very poor bilge access to pump and sea cocks. Only a skinny person with long arms could reach the important stuff. Also the anchor locker will only hold about 200' of rode. There was no fear of going 80 miles offshore on a nice day. Sadly my partner passed away so the boat was sold.

Please mention prices in your future videos. As someone who is considering a purchase, that is one of the major factors of choosing. Great video, thank you

100k plus. Those motors are 75g’s
@@treyfisse8593 more like 250k , Yellowfin is crazy expensive
Brian, another great video……but people want to know. What is the price as equipped. You don’t need them. They need you!
A lot… base price is near 150k I would bet. Last year I think they started around 140k. You can get a nicely equipped one for 180k but can easily spend 225k plus depending on options.

Why not say the price?
Do you know what the deadrise and entry angle is? Thx

Wow again? Brian needs a new mic guy to keep things on point and at your guys level.
This is about the third or fourth video with Mic problems

Black bilge is from carbon fiber lamination.
Leaning posts are not good in many boats.

Can you give the price of this boat?
250k to start
@@ronparham2498 that’s a lot for a 26, no?
@@hautehussey this is a Hybrid and they all tend to be pretty pricey since there are only about 6 true hybrids out there
Price starts at $159k..average price $179k…can go as high as $279k!!! They make a nice boat, but really..Yellowfin…you’ve lost your minds. What? Are you guys filling the stingers with 24k gold? I know you guys spend a crap load on advertising, and sponsorships for the majority of the fishing shows on TV, but why should your customers bare the full brunt of that poor decision? I can buy a Seahunt spec’d out very similarly for 30-40% less!! With Yamahas, and Garmins latest as a standard option! I’m in the market for a boat this year, I’m afraid Yellowfin is off the list, just one of many manufacturers pricing themselves out of the market…perhaps they can sponsor my new RUclips cooking channel? 😂🤣😂🤣
