Toradora... i missed you sometime ago and now again... sad... i want a 2* season but its impossible... well MINNA, GENKI DASUTE!
and so ends my favorite romance anime and one of the classics, although it was released more than 10 years ago, the animation is spectacular, certainly a very human and beautiful work, thanks for the Mashup master, your work is appreciated.
18:25 whatever Ryuuji might have said, his mom has the mind of a child, she ran away for god's sake.
That kissing scene...it all came back to me like a train..masterpiece.
Now I get the ending, when I was a kid I didn't understand, but she left to her family to fix everything and be equal to Ryuji, who fixed everything in his family with a few days. And also to be more independent, cuz whole anime I thought of their relationship like father/daughter. But she had to change, she even said that. And now everything fixed, they're equal now like tiger and dragon. And they're in love.
Anyway, a little bit forced for Ryuji. They showed the photo of them together and maybe then she already started to like him, but he cared about her like father, and he didn't want romantic relationship with her. Still, no one deserves him. But this ending with a new understanding makes things a little better, cuz she at least "changed".
Ryuuji was never her "father", he pretty much saw her as "family" not long after they started to hang out, they just clicked togheter and it slowly developed into love. I don't see how it's forced.

Ryuji is the best, he helps more than anyone, he cares more, he even cooks and cleans. He is the best waifu in this anime, no one really deserve him (maybe Ami), here's why.
Minori like Ryuji, but she is trying to reject him cuz she doesn't want to "betray" Taiga, also Minori acts like a mother to Taiga and reject her own feelings only for Taiga’s sake
Ami also starting to fall for Ryuji, she's the most complicated person here. Even tho she becomes aware of the love triangle, she's the only one who acts for his sake, trying to convince him, that he's acting like a dad to Taiga and this is not good for Ryuji. She also knows that Ryuji doesn't see Ami as a potential romance candidate. Also, she wanted to Minori and Ryuji be together FOR RYUJI sake. She even becomes mad at Minori at the ski event when she realized that Minori rejected Ryuji on Christmas Eve, cuz Minori is trying to help Taiga, even when Minori actually likes Ryuji. AND SHE ACCEPTED at the end all of this bs and also rejected her own feelings.
Ryuji love Minori and acts really overprotective about Taiga even though she acts like a b**ch almost the whole season. So the whole relationship looks more father-daughter, when daughter have her rebellious age. And no one ask him what he wants, actually, he's just too kind and good. And to me, it just happens that he ends up with her.
And Taiga. She's just spoiled brat, I really don't think that she deserve Ryuji at all, only the guilt of Minori and Ryuji led to Ryuji and Taiga to be together. She's a mess, and pathetic, and started to fix her problems by herself only when she was absent with her parents at the end of the season. But still, she doesn't deserve Ryuji.
