A lot would argue, but this is the saddest death in anime in terms of execution... starting from the roll call, to the class picture, to that bg music, that chorus and that scene where Koro-sensei's glowing and slowly disintegrating... I will never forget the sound I made when the chorus came and I saw that, that freckin hurt so much I keep rewatching it whenever I want to cry and it never fails to do the job

The ending is perfect, one of the best I've seen. I just finished rewatching it and cried through the last two episodes. It is a shame that the anime overall isn't as good as you want it to be.

this anime is I don't know how many years old and Koro Sensei's death still is the hardest for me to watch. The ending is perfect and extremely sad at the same time. I love this anime with all my heart and I wish more people watched it. Rip Koro Sensei im sure you're chilling in heaven or whatever afterlife you believed in.

i watched this during the pandemic. got me cryin hard with tears and snot mixed up . I wasn't fully recovered after watching akame ga kill .
whenever i have a tough time in life, i'd always watch this clip just to release my sadness and cry carelessly, after that i feel like better because i release that sadness even if it's this way, I know im not the only one feeling this.😢

The firt time I watched this escene I was crying like Nagisa HAHAHAH I remember it was the middle of the night, so I was crying on my pillow HAHAH and I couldn't stop crying so I didi it until I fell asleep

I was crying at the funal roll call then stopped crying when he stabbed him. Then they had to play the music

The ending is good, but also bad. The scene where Koro-sensei died is legandary. But ep 25. felt like they didn’t have enough money to continue the anime and had to end it as fast as possible so they just let everyone live apart. AND THEY WOULDNT LET MY BOY NAGISA HAVE A NICE RELATIONSHIP WITH KAYANO

but technically the main character is koro sensei since the whole story revolves around him.

@@holytofu911 yes I won't say the opposite but koro sensei has a lot more attention and influence than nagisa especially since there are people who prefer karma to be in nagisa's place that's why I think technically it is koroseinsei the real main character.

It’s sad about the kids having to pick whether or not they kill Koro. If they kill him then they have to live with the trauma and loss. They don’t kill him and they have to watch him die to a way more violent way because of the laser. There is no winning
