I think the era when he was making that content was negatively affecting his mental state as well, and it was something he truly didn't want to do, (OF content isn't good for anyone's mental state tbh...) and that's why the OF he did make is from 2 years ago and not recent, he got help by that point. (I'm a Christian, so I think it's a good think thing he was able to move on from making that OF content lol).

Outing someone forcing an individual to face an extremely emotional and psychological issue before they are ready and that can be incredibly traumatising and dangerous for the individual in a number of ways, which is why it has always been condemned within the LGBTQ community.
Now because of the actions of some journalists, this guy who has had suicidal thoughts before, is forced to deal with this extremely difficult situation before he was ready and face the very real feelings of losing everything that he worked so hard for 😥 meanwhile the journalists who did this to him will likely face zero consequences 😡
I truly hopes that he gets all the support that he needs and that the journalists that outed him is shamed into oblivion...

I mean from what I got from Sketch's video is that he was in bad spot mentally when he did make that content, he knew soon enough that it would get exposed but people in his life were there to help him become a better person, to become who he is today, that's why in the video he said that it feels like a giant weight has been lifted off his shoulders and that "God is good". People who leaked his OF tried to use as a means to hurt him, but because of people like Jynxzi and The big Case, he was able to address everything and move on peacefully. I think the era when he was making that content was negatively affecting his mental state as well, and it was something he truly didn't want to do, (OF content isn't good for anyone's mental state tbh...) and that's why the OF he did make is from 2 years ago and not recent, he got help by that point. (I'm a Christian, so I think it's a good think thing he was able to move on from making that OF content lol).
This is why I feel gay streamers need to be upfront and just say right off if they are gay.
Is it fair....no however it is the one sure fire way to not get people in your fandom that view being gay as a bad thing.
