I also suffered severe depression i went to a party and consumed about 2 eights of shrooms i was lost in my head for 5 minutes but when i came back my depression and addiction to my trifecta was gone. I didn't realize it at the time. The psychedelic experience is temporary but many people have good permanent results

My family doctor was a wonderful man who had a private practice with a friend, with his wife running the office for them. He would always spend time with all his patience and never rush them. I wish there were more like him. As we were speaking about alcohol he may a comment that I will never forget. He said "I don't drink. Think about the word "intoxicated". Doesn't "toxic" mean poison? Alcohol is a neurotoxin". I never looked at it that way before.

I feel sympathy toward anyone who has a problem with alcohol. It's the most readily accessible vice, and is perceived in culture as a norm. No one thinks of alcohol as a drug, because it's legal and has been introduced in our culture for a long time. Why does alcohol get a pass? Because it’s taxed just like cigarettes. For the ones are struggling to quit don't lose hope and stay strong! ❤Thank you for the motivational and very helpful video Leon!👋🌷

Nearly 4 months sober - so grateful for the path I've taken. The fog is lifted and I see clearly now. There are so many reasons I like being sober including:
    -so much more energy!!!
-developing real self confidence in social situations
-feel more in control of my life than I ever have
-so much more time and mental energy to dedicate to fulfilling hobbies and interests
If you take the plunge and really discipline yourself, you will not regret it!

Leon I’m so thankful for you and your videos. I was praying to the Lord to help me with my alcohol addiction. He answered my prayer literally and then led me to your videos on May 27th. I have not touched a drop of that Ethanol since that day. For me 66 days with no booze is a true miracle because I was a heavy drinker for 35 years. The dark programming video is what changed it all for me. Now that I look at alcohol as the true physical, mental and spiritual killer that it is I vow to NEVER be brainwashed into slowly killing myself with Ethanol drop by drop ever again!! Thank you Leon and I pray God will bless you greatly. ❤

Had to get a gallon of fluid removed from his liver 2 different times. His whole attitude changed, he is a completely different person any time of the day and thinks everyone else is messed up and he knows everything and you can’t tell him anything. Very sad to see someone you know 35 years turn into someone you don’t even recognize.

We are following a similar path. 7/22/23 first day without a beer or drink so far 17 days. I’ve done 3 months before in 2021 when I went on to lose 40 lbs. But slowly when back but it progressed more than I intended. Got to cut totally to be successful I’m finding out. My doctor told me when I had a blood test recently that I was severely dehydrated and it was affecting my kidneys. I’m hydrating with water and have some mineral water and a few NA beers. I’m trying to eliminate that as well. One day at a time when I get the urge I think of what a awful drug it is and what it does physically. So far that is working. I’m a boater and that with the company that pastime attracts with drinking didn’t help. I haven’t even put my boat in the water this year. I’m staying away as much as possible the boat club I belong to. A lot of drinking is done there and I miss the socializing a lot. Good luck to both of us.
