We have a typo....the first move is PROTRACTION not PRONATION.

You might want to consider a part#2 video showing same exercises done with simple resistance band.

I found your channel recently via one of you're Dip videos, instant sub. Your presentation skills and demos are very well done. You deserve more views.
As I was watching this video, I couldn't help notice your physique, especially the amazing trap development. I put this down to lever work, then at 6:40, you seem to be confirming my suspicion. Is this correct?
I'm currently switching from powerlifting training, looking to keep squatting and deadlifting, but embracing calisthenics for the upper body, I already do some shoulder rehabilitation, but this video will be key to performing exercises correctly, thanks!

Hey brother. Such kind words. Thank you 🙏🏽 I can’t put a finger on it, but I suspect the lever work and weighted pull ups have helped. I’m also a keen powerlifter (not competing) so we’re very aligned! Keep me posted with progress

icy dawg got that planche in @0:05! wit 41.9 deg plangle --on dawg straddle planche at 47.5 deg dis entail 10 kg difference in planche force but recall eye gave a range the other bound being 43 deg begetting 107 kg pit force mass and 2 kg difference from dawg planche at 41.9 deg-- ; --at this angle eye finna note another exercise can be weighted straddle/tuck planche with a weightcentered 21.65 kg =25sin60 =(109-84)sin60, which reangles the force difference at the dawg pit from dawg fp over 109 kg at 60 deg-- so, congrats; and how dawg unlocked it? lmk omg thanks
--btw @--0:10-- dawg baflangle is bit anomalys ~(45,55) deg range with (52,63) deg range at the elbow; dese and all reference flangles are inaccurate to a degreee but take as scalars just the lower bound means dawg lost 4.773 kilograms of a$$ phat from a year ago mostly on the buttocks to shift dawg gravity or on ther other hand packed on as much mass at the top end inc poss undiagnosed brain tumours dat said og recommend cat scan wit abundant caution-- but any can eye ask why dawg elbow bend on dawg lever? lmk omg thanks
