You're bearish like 90% of people. Fear and greed index is at 27. You're not a contrarian like you said. In fact you're acting like almost everybody else in crypto right now. For me that's a sign that I should be bullish.
Stable coin flow is stagnant. Riding the trends is the best way. Do not invest for a day or a week or a month. Invest and hold for multiple months at the least.

Hi Gerhard, I follow and respect all your analysis. But you made almost the same analysis around October 15, 2023. You and Benjamin Cowen were so confident in shorting altcoins that you two caused me irreparable harm. I just hope you don't make a mistake again. Most of the comments under the video are generally the opposite of what they say.

You got alts wrong my man. They are so dirt dirt cheap, that shorting is ridiculous. Plus:
Elliott wave count on BTC, TOTAL, TOTAL2, and TOTAL3 all show wave 4 is done or wrapping up.
DXY Elliott count shows it will drop
BTC.d (Bitcoin Dominance) Elliott count, shows it is completing a flat structure at 0.5 to 0.618 range and will drop.
A year ago you said buying altcoins was a bad Idea when RUNE was at $0.86. Anyone who bought a basket of ALTcoins, when you advised against it, made massive gains. I bought $1k worth of TURBO in Sep'23 and sold for over $100k. You need to reconsider your strategy.

but the market cap of BTC always grew during bullruns...maybe less than before but still grew...now the market cap is just where it was 4 years ago. Dont you think more adoption, regulation clarity and institutional investment will at least double the market cap of 2021 - which would mearn 2 trilllion or slighly above?,,,,And if you honestly didnt believe it was possible then why did you invest in the first place?

it can depend i guess if your getting back in to make a higher return your gunna wait longer for a 2x or 3x even right on the short holders they or some can become long term holders - replacing some the mid term holders perhaps this could be some the money on the sidelines that wasnt investing when everything was really down or up only - fully we can phrase it bearish and bullish i guess ugh

you have an interesting stance but theres alot of fundementals even fear at an all time high rsi at the bottom of most coins several etfs as catalysts elections to inject cash into the economy not to mention when summer ends more investment likely with interest rates decreasing. I am biased but i keep an eye on what others are doing and pay alot of attn to elliot wave too
If this is really the end of this bull cycle, it turned out to be quite a disappointment. Ethereum didn’t even manage to make an ATH despite having its etf on the verge of approval any day now. That would be such a shame tbh.
I personally feel that the bottom is not in yet and btc needs to hit 48k before the real bull rally begins. Yes, if this was really the end of this bull run... then crypto is not worth the hype. 😅
it's not but everyone can have his opinion....it's always good to listen here but also look at other experts...and data like active adresses and liquidiy rotation ...all of that has not happend yet...and investment by ETFs was so far 80% retail driven...instituition have to do due dilligance before they can buy into a new ETF....anwways time will tell
Hi Gerhard, if bitcoin goes lower to 40k or even 30k, isnt it premature to call an end to the bull market and the 4 year cycle? In previous bullmarkts there were heavy corrections too.

Look at USDC + USDT +DAI and you will see mc is slowly rising since end of June = Liquidity coming back into the market

Glassnode is like Blockworks, they will take every opportunity to paint the crypto market as up only . For them every dip is to be bought up with no questions asked 😂

But you have caused great loss to those of us who are both professional and invested. Everything is possible now, but if you make a mistake in the same statement, you are guessing the loss of confidence this time, right?
