Why does he "pluck" the string while being tensioned? It seems to be his style as I've seen in other videos. I'm sure there's a scientific reason. Anybody knows?
Sorry to hear that, Kenneth. Never tried him before, so can't comment anything. But, the person in front is Master Halim, who indeed one of the best BADMINTON stringer you can find in Malaysia.
Nobody. Maybe he is not the best, just one of them. But, his experience stringing for professional and recreational players are not questionable. I know there are some more reputable stringer out there. You can try searching someone who suits your play. Cheers.

To make sure the same sound and at the same tension...and of course to make sure ur machine still ok hahahaha...just amateur opinion

Is he using 2 diffrent colors?
Yes. It is AEROBITE, hybrid string by YONEX. The blue string is 0.67mm while the white string is 0.61mm
