    Have been doing 20min trail running or mountain biking every day for two months so far, with a 5min soft belly halfway in, sitting on a log. Now I crave the session, it REALLY helps. Along with Omega3's, typtophan, phenylaline and zinc, life is better. THANKS Dr. Gordon!
    Great demo on this clip, but the woman distracts from the narration because she is SO beautiful, with VERY sexy lips.
